The staff are friendly and helpful.
In particular one of the members of the reception staff- a young lady called UMMA
She was so helpful and kind. We had problems logging in and setting up our membership apps and she sorted the issue quickly and in s very kind, professional manner.
We were very grateful!
She is a credit to your team.

The male gym changing rooms at…
The male gym changing rooms at Ironmonger Row are consistently filthy! I have requested before that they are cleaned, as they definitely do not clean them daily as one would expect.
