Good gym, well equipped, clean, great atmosphere.
I was welcomed by Steve Luscombe who gave me a demonstration of some of the machines I will be using and guided me in a friendly and professional manner.

Really enjoyed his first swimming…
Really enjoyed his first swimming lesson with Julian who settled his nerves and for a non swimmer did really well with confidence in the deep end with other children who could swim. Moving to non swimmers class on Saturday which will be key for developing skills. In booking for age it would be good for this to incorporate those who are able to swim and those non swimmers, purely for ease for child and instructor

The instructors at our LUX Leisure…
The instructors at our LUX Leisure centre are superb. The training is first class and you cannot but help to improve. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The general staff are also friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The only disappointment is that some of the classes are so popular, that there are occasions that you can fail to be able to book a class. It would be very helpful if there was a clear list attached to each class, where you could go on a waiting list for any cancellation, which can often happen. The website is not the easiest site to navigate.

After a very dissapointing incident with the Better org. I find the App clumsy and confusing.Having previously been a member,and re applying for membership,I was consistently sent in circles.This however was sorted out by Steve my local liesure centre.
