Please improve basic facilities
The swimming pool area is really dirty and rather unhygenic. The pools themselves are ok, the pool water is quite cold.
The changing rooms are where the issues begin. its really icky. i dont have a shower here thankfully, so dont have to put up with the hygiene issues.
Disabled toilet doesnt have a soap dispenser and the 3 times i have been (to get some toilet tissue) the entire cubicle looked filthy. i feel bad for the disabled people that might need to use it. The ladies toilets dont have soap in the soap dispenser - eww how are people washing their hands .. the shower cubicles also dont have shower gel in the dispensers that are attached. (from this, i think one can tell, i just wanted to wash my hands, so from disabled toilet, to the ladies, to the shower cubicles... there was not a drop of soap in sight.
Also, the shower water is soooo cold. :(
improvements really need to be made.
i understand its in a semi-deprived area, but still, please give a thought to basic hygiene
Not used the gym yet... i am kind of dreading it especially with all this ringworm pandemic

Health Living at Hulme Better
I have not used the Hulme gym or services for a long time but since I rejoined I have really enjoyed attending the gym, classes and sauna. I have met up with a few people whom I have not seen for years. Great to be back. Attending the fitness class has made me more fit to walk about and the pain in my knees is disappearing making me feel more healthy. I would really encourage people to join the gym to better their well being. The staff in Hulme are always helpful and supportive. Good job you are doing. Well done 👍

Ladies changing rooms need maintenance
Ladies changing rooms need maintenance. I’ve noticed that they don’t clean them frequently as there are weeks when the same dirt marks are left for days!

Everything is great despite the toilets in the lady's. On has got no lock, in the other one flush is broken! And it's cold there!

Excellent swimming teachers
Great facilities.
My daughter is new to swimming and was quite nervous about her first lesson.
The instructors were amazing. They gave her 1-2-1 attention at her first lesson.
She has enjoyed her first fee weeks there.

Cleaning of the bathrooms not good. I spoke with the staff but no one did care. The inside the lockers it's not clean as well. The staff are friendly. Moss Side One. I did choose this centre when I did the review.
