The staff are very polite and friendly , able to help with issues. The machines are easy to use and health and safety guidelines are in place. Overall I would recommend this to friends and family.

This organisation cares about its members and goes out of its way to help resolve any issues. The general customer services department for Better has vastly improved and I couldn’t fault the way my latest issue was dealt with. The response time was awesome, everything was sorted within a couple of hours and I was treated with courtesy and understanding.
My local gym have been superb from the start, with one or two people going above and beyond their job description. I might find a better price for another gym, but I guarantee it wouldn’t have a better manager, who seems to have instilled the right combination of friendliness and professionalism all the way down. There’s a good atmosphere at Better, which has greatly improved in recent years.
