Had to ring customer services a couple of weeks ago because of an error on my part, the gentleman I spoke with was very polite and easy to talk to, after listening patiently to my problem he reassured me and sorted it out straightaway, he then went out to give me some really good advice, all that I was unaware of which was a massive help to myself. Great customer service,thank you for all you help

The upgraded leisure centre is lovely to visit and use now.
Great showers plenty to choose from.
Upgraded family and disability friendly changing rooms.
Easy to use lockers.
The refurbished Poolside Cafe continues to offer a good choice of food and drinks.
Don’t like the newly installed coffin pod in the corner of the Poolside Cafe :It’s stopping the light from the windows and looks terrible!
When the registry office opens this will be valuable asset to the people of Saltash.
Lovely helpful staff and manager.

Easy signup and while initially disappointing there is no seniors discount I do qualify for a veterans discount rate. Staff on site are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Just wish we had a steam room!

I love my local Better Leisure Centre
I love my local Better Leisure Centre. They provide swimming times for everyone and as an adult it's great to be able to have a peaceful lane swim. The gym is well equipped and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Better with better
My daughter started her swimming lessons here and absolutely loved it she was saying thank you all evening for signing her up with better and she can't wait to return. The cafe was great too with loads of choice at fantastic prices.

It's now a place you want to spend time in!
Before it didn't look very clean, especially the toilets and showers, now it's had an upgrade it's lovely. The Staff were always very helpful and kind.

I was referred to Better by my GP because of a knee issue.
The Better staff ( Laura Langley), has been extremely thorough and incredibly knowledgeable to the needs of not just myself but I have witnessed her support with others.

Learning at an acceptable pace to learn and gain confidence with children. Children are happy engaging with what they are asked to do. Instructors are very good too.

The centre is still being refurbished but reception is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the changing room absolutely smelled of urine & everywhere the floor was wet. No dry spot to dry change.

Boxfit
The boxfit class is excellently run by Christian and is a fun and intense workout. Christian fully explains what we need to do and is on hand to provide excellent advice, support and encouragement. We all thoroughly enjoy the session. Numbers attending vary from week to week and I believe that by moving the class forward to an earlier slot this would allow more people to come along.

Etiquette in swimming pool
I think the swimming pool could be managed better- life guards rarely give advice on swimming etiquette, just allow swimmers to sort themselves out which can lead to frustrations - ie very slow breaststroke swimmers in faster lanes when there is space in slower lanes.
I would appreciate advice if I am not following correct etiquette.
Happens regularly- hence no specific date.
