Staff are friendly
Staff are friendly, gym is clean. My 2 gripes are the opening hours, especially at the weekend, and the minimal weight lifting equipment. Plenty of bikes, running machines etc, but hardly any weight lifting equipment. Only 3 benches & 1 squat rack, no dedicated bench press...all pushed into one small end of the gym. The younger generation looking to pack on muscle will most likely go elsewhere

The centre is very poor in it's…
The centre is very poor in it's condition.
Swim for all is very limited. I wanted to swim each evening after work but Mon is only day available. Had I known this I would not have joined.
I joined and have cancelled my membership as £40 is a lot yo swim once a week. Changing and lockers are broken, shower facilities are poor, pool is old and tired. I will be joining a different health centre due to state of place and availability of pool. Staff were only good thing about the place.

Hi Alison,
We have heard from the centre who have confirmed the following:
Swim for all and swim for fitness every Monday afternoon through into the evening.
Tuesday swim for fitness 7-9pm
Wednesday swim for fitness 4-8.30pm
Thursday 6.30-9pm.
Friday swim for all usually 3-6pm. Lots of swimming available on the weekend.

Over the last 25 years I’ve on and off…
Over the last 25 years I’ve on and off gone to the leisure centre to use the gym. The gym has a really friendly feel to it and everyone is welcomed. It’s a great mix of people and there is no judging.
Recently I’ve started the classes and today’s circuit class was one of the best I’ve been to. Chris set the class up perfectly and as hard as it was, I loved it.
I look forward to doing more classes with him.
Well done to all of the saltash team!! Awesome place.

Welcoming and fun lessons
The staff are very welcoming and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Staff went over and above to make child feel safe and for it to be a fun experience and I would highly recommend.

Lovely Leisure Centre
Easy to sign up, friendly staff and high quality equipment in the gym. It’d be better if there were more classes in the evenings and the opening hours were longer though.

Fantastic facility and welcoming
Fantastic facility and welcoming, friendly staff. Pool is brilliant and the centre is well maintained. The team there obviously have pride and work hard to keep it in good condition.

Great staff and facilities
Recently joined, easy to join, had gym induction, and felt comfortable starting on my own. Friendly helpful staff in reception and on hand with advice in the gym on my first visit.
