My first experience at the Templemore baths , was excellent. Friendly recepcionist, Remmy the manager super friendly and guiding us. The place is clean and well taken care. Pool is amazing.

Spa area is not open long enough…
Spa area is not open long enough meaning too crowded, could really do with being open from 6am like the gym

We are sorry to hear that the Healthsuite opening hours do not match the opening hours of the Gym. This activity is very popular so does get quite crowded during the evenings. The morning sessions are sometimes more quieter so maybe you could try an early morning sauna to see if this time better suits your needs. I will pass on your feedback in regards to the opening hours for the attention of the centre manager.

It seems the booking system for the sauna/steam is ineffective, as it is always nearly completely full. there was a queue to get in last week. I also think that it needs more regular maintenance. It is a shame that It closes for such a large part of the day. However the gym and the pool's are excellent. Maybe some private showers would be handy in the pool/spa area too.

Called today to enquire about memberships at the new Templemore gym, spoke with Lorraine and was taken aback by her customer service. She was lovely, very engaging, kind, funny and very informative. An absolute asset to the company. She even offered to come swimming with me.

The spa at the new templemore baths is…
The spa at the new templemore baths is pretty good, some gym equipment is good also however the motorised machines aren't useful at all. I feel they're more tailored towards people recovering from injuries possibly rather than bodybuilders or general weight lifters

We are really happy to hear that you are enjoying the Spa and the Gym equipment at the new Templemore Baths. However, we are disappointed to hear that the resistant machines do not live up to your standards. The resistant machines are tailored so anyone can use these regardless of your age or abilities but these are not really tailored for customers who do weightlift Training. We offer free weight equipment at some of our centres for customers who require heavier weights.

Sauna and steam times are not great as it’s only open from 10-1 in the day when it should be open all day, when’s the swimming classes are on in the big pool they don’t let you use the swimming lanes beside it when the other pool is filled, this is in templemore baths these issues need looked at immediately

Really enjoying my local swimmers…
Really enjoying my local swimmers templemore baths staff have all been lovely and helpful facility’s are good only reason it’s not 5 star is cause from the official opening it’s been packed with rowdy children I’ve 3 children myself who have had to listen to racist comments and horrific language in the changing room from 9 and 10 year olds also how rough they have been in the pool around my 1 year old.
