Great experience
My children attend the centre for swim school. Tom and all the staff are wonderful so I signed them up for summer club and it has been a fantastic experience for my children. They have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from their time there. Sabrina, Taylor, Jesse, Meena and the rest of the staff are amazing, they greet the children with a smile from morning drop off and they ensure that they have a great time and take care to monitor them throughout the day. I hope the summer club long continues and that many more children get the opportunity to experience it.
I hope that the centre recognises and rewards the efforts of their staff!

Not had any problems at the Thornton…
Not had any problems at the Thornton Heath centre. I was previously at a 24hr gym so not being able to access the gym until 6.30 will take some getting used to. The main pool was a little too cold for my liking.
Had to cancel my membership after only one week as I was rushed to hospital with sepsis. But hoping to resume when I am back to good health.

May Then Forth Be With You - Awesome BH Marathon
I cannot begin to say thorough I enjoyed the Marathon session today. As a previous member that can't find anything close to it in Kent, keep it up. The individual sessions but on by Samantha, Bernard, Marie, Michelle and Grayce were expectional. I do so hope I haven't left anyone out. The attention to injuries, first timers, playlist, ease of pace for beginners ... I could go on.

You can NEVER book in advance
You can NEVER book in advance. All session slots are always taken up. Only day slots available.Everything has to be booked. Not like normal gym. Cannot just arrive and enjoy. Never any evening slots available. Clearly, someone knows when to go on and book in advance even if they don’t want it. Crazy!!!! Not worth the money….

Our fitness class slots are released 7 days in advance at 22:00 if you're trying to secure an evening class.
Popular classes may be more in demand, and we're deeply saddened to know that you've been unable to attend these sessions.
Regarding the gym, we are more flexible with these bookings, but we advise our members to book in advance to help avoid overcrowding.
We greatly value your comments regarding this, and we hope you can secure your desired booking times.

The gym induction wasn't good at all
The gym induction wasn't good at all. I was booked from 7 to 8, the trainer was 14mins late, no apologies. We went to the gym and he just asked which machine you don't recognise and that was it the induction finished in 10mins. He wasn't happy to be here, I didn't even try to ask him any questions. Waste of time
