My first attendance at the gym. There was plenty of equipment available, my only problem was no staff onsite at the time to provide some advice however I would say overall it was positive.

The showers at Thornton Heath are…
The showers at Thornton Heath are awful, very old (need urgent update) very small and the changing room is full of flies? Other than that the pool is great.

had a bad experience on my boy first day at swimbies there was no instructor on that and they made us pay for it

You need to book classes weeks in advance you may be lucky to get in
There are no visible gym instructors on the days I'm in the gym. All fitness/aerobics classes are usually full with waiting list. No classes for beginners. The sauna is always booked.

No swimming hats available for any kids…
No swimming hats available for any kids no teacher as stated in booking but 2 replacement guys..child anxious and started to cry,staff did not notice..

My daughter has only just started with swimming lessons, so far so good however they could do with explain to parents at the end of sessions how the child is getting on or what they need to work towards

Please Get more cleaner
Very unhygienic in bathroom, steam and sauna room; dirty plasters, tissue leave unattended to for long period of time.
I been complaining for years no change.
