Overpriced. The weight lift area in Vauxhall is very limited. They expanded it into another room but the equipment has stayed the same. The sauna annoyingly shut down during the day for non-sense reasons and the opening times vary every day. For what it offers it's worth a fraction of what it costs.

The training classes with Angelique…
The training classes with Angelique were absolutely fantastic. The HIIT and core sessions were motivating, well-structured, and enjoyable, no matter your fitness level. Angelique brings amazing energy and encouragement to every class, making workouts both challenging and fun. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or support needed.
This company does an excellent job creating a positive and supportive environment for members. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, the classes are engaging and effective, and the staff consistently provide outstanding customer service. They truly make people feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to come back.

Definitely Not the Promised Upgrade!
We’ve been members at the Vauxhall Centre for the past couple of years and have always enjoyed the mid-day fitness classes, despite not the largest of studios. So we were excited to see signage that said they were “moving and upgrading” the fitness class studio. Well, the studio for fitness classes has moved — but it is definitely not the promised upgrade! Not only is the new space (on the ground floor by reception) tons smaller, there is no access to lockers, restroom, or even a water fountain on this floor!! And instructors have to carry circuit class equipment not just down the hall from the gym, but down a floor as well. And, with the significantly reduced space, that means significantly fewer people can fit in each class. So disappointing and really feels that the fitness class audience is getting the short end of the stick, despite their promise of “upgrading your fitness class studio”. (The “upgrade” signage is still up too.).

What makes Better gym good is that…
What makes Better gym good is that everything is included in your membership, swim, classes, etc. My only snag with better is the app, when trying to book classes it doesn't always work. Also gym equipment is not owned by gym it is leased so repairs take time which is annoying for consistency of workouts.

Overall very good gym
Overall very good gym. Very good facilities. Only thing would want is more machines for more muscle variation. E.g pec fly machine etc. also more benches for the weights area. Other than that. It’s very very good.
