Ruwayda was extremely helpful
I came in to get a soft play membership the staff are always around to help Ruwayda in particular helped me sign up for the membership. The centre itself is always clean and big. I am also thinking about getting a gym membership.

Been playing badminton here for nearly 7yrs with friends.
Overall our experience has been very positive. Sometimes the long queues at front desk can be annoying.

Love it here!
Great range of facilities, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Can get busy and hectic at times but that is to be expected of a venue with so many things on offer. Booking process is hit and miss but the centre staff more than make up for that. Love it here!

Feedback indoor cycle
The advanced Friday 45 minute indoor cycle class has been replaced by a 35 minute beginner class (gym team ) I understand the need to save money however this class was advertised as Robbie and was replaced by Diego this is a very slow class could you please inform us if instructors are changing so we can choose

Well now the gym has been extended, you spend more time looking for weight bars and weight plates to use.
At this rate, members will be bringing their own equipment and weight plates to use.
Don't get me wrong, the staff are friendly and helpful. Just the gym situation is disappointing.

Bad first start, bad organisation
My daughter was so excited to start her swimming lessons, so finally I registered her. After asking at reception about informations, I been told to book her to foundation 4 years and over session, so I did! But when she had the first class, disappointment! Her little sister was good to go, while she been taken out of the lesson saying she is not registered, after showing her booking to 4 different people, the 5th one came across and said she been booked to the wrong sessions, she is supposed to be in the big pool (she cannot swim). That’s all that I got back from them, and asked me to go to reception so they will change the session for me! In return I had nothing than a crying girl for one hour because she was so excited to start and they took get out without even trying to sort it out and let her stay 😒. I been there very early so if they would see the session it’s booked wrong I would have time to speak to reception about it! So day was ruined by a very rude person. The only difference between the classes was the timing. No description saying anything about the session so I booked 15 mins difference between them so I can manage to dress them up quickly. Being 15 mins early booked, the person who checked my booking prior to entrance when I asked when she goes in, said it’s wrong timing and will go inside with the little one same time. But then surprise, she been kicked out 😳 annoying they don’t have someone to make sure everyone it’s ok and show you around when you are first time there. I had to find out my self where the changing room is, when the entrance to the pool is, who is the teacher….

this place needs to be shut down
this place needs to be shut down. the pool area is disgusting, unsanitary and dangerous given how wet the floors are. I've personally never seen a staff member use the drying machine that they boasted about having, following a previous complaint I made after slipping over and injuring myself. management took a month to contact me, I had to argue for them to just refund my £6.55 fee, and it wasn't until I threatened legal action that they decided to do so (and offer me a comp swim, ha!)
then my first experience back in the pool, I almost fall over again (you literally have to hold on to the walls to navigate around), the toilets are repulsive and haven't been cleaned in hours, no loo roll (the staff member on duty when asked said "yeah there's no female staff member on duty to go in"??) and then when I'm finally trying to enjoy a swim in an overcrowded lane, a lifeguard brings a bunch of kids (who already have a designated area to swim in?) and starts letting them jump INTO OUR PATH whilst we are swimming lanes. this is incredibly unsafe and irresponsible and just begging for an accident to happen.
the manager on duty promised me a refund and a week later i've not heard a peep - this place needs to be investigated asap, avoid like the plague.
