We highly recommend the swimming lessons
Swimming lessons - We can’t recommend all the instructors enough! My older son learned with them, and now my younger son has had lessons with Kevin and now mainly Paul. They have all been fantastic—patient, encouraging, and brilliant at building confidence in the water. They make every lesson fun, and it’s been amazing to see how much both of my boys have progressed. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. We’d recommend you to anyone looking for excellent swimming instructors.
My son absolutely loves his lessons and always looks forward to every single one. He thinks both Kevin and Paul are brilliant!

My son was few minutes late, one of the trainer came over and spoke to us, she said it's fine as my son could join the next group but suddenly I saw another guy(trainer) saying no, he want allow it, I said to him, this kid is 5 years old why not pls allow him but he was bent on it not happening!! What a very pathetic and cruel trainer he was....

Please note that you haven't attended swimming lessons with us since 2025, so we haven't received a Direct Debit payment since then.
Had these lessons still been active, we wouldn't have required you to pay the registration fee again.

Too expensive for under 16…
Such a shame it’s expensive for under 16s. I think better need to better themselves. They have a good gym, but unfortunately the prices are over £20 a month for under 16s. When they are kids I feel if it costs less, your bound to get kids more active and give them that determination to be and stay fit. It’s the only gym near me and unfortunately it’s really not being put to use. I know my kids friends parents also say the same and they would go if they could but just because of the prices kids miss out. Anyway aside from that the gyms are clean, and you have what you need. Staff are not constantly there though.

We currently offer four different Junior Memberships, depending on which agreement best suits your needs.
We understand that you currently had a partnership Membership, which enables you to use the Junior Gym, Swimming and Junior Fitness Classes across our centres in Cardiff.
We also appreciate the points you’ve raised about making fitness more accessible for younger people, and we currently offer a range of activities for our younger members to enjoy.

Better than a private gym
Overall the centre is accessible, bright and clean. The facilities include a coffee shop which serves great cappuccinos. The staff are friendly you are greeted with a smile. The instructors are person centred and supportive at all times. The classes are fun, the music uplifting and the gym is clean and bright. It’s a great place to go and improve, feel good about yourself and meet new people.

Would recommend this place
I used the gym and had a good experience. It’s spacious, light and a comfortable temperature. All kinds of people use the gym and it’s a friendly atmosphere. Was happy to know that you get 4 free sessions per year included in your membership with a trainer to create a workout.
