Efficient membership renewal process
I looked at the website to renew my senior membership and it seemed that it would be much more expensive then last year. I was leaving it until the renewal date but Marsha from Better called me to explain that as my membership was coming up for renewal she was offering to help since my "historic" type of membership was no longer available on line. The process of renewal took no time at all and it was not much more than last year's price. She was very helpful and cheerful.

Had an induction with Mark at the Wimbledon Gym, the guy's brilliant! Whatever body health issues you may be experiencing that you want to work on or specific muscle groups you need to strengthen or fine tune, he'll have the solution for you. His in depth knowledge is phenomenal and his patience puts you immediately at ease. Be careful though, should you dare to enroll in his group training sessions, because they're serious, but will give you a cracking work out!

Visited the Spa at Wimbledon Leisure…
Visited the Spa at Wimbledon Leisure centre yesterday for a 60 minute destress full body massage. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Alina was amazing, very professional and welcoming. I left feeling fully relaxed and revitalised and the personalised tea to take away was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend.

Clean, Friendly Staff at a reasonable price
Friendly staff, clean changing rooms and pretty decent facilities. Been a member of a few places locally and really glad I moved here. Seen mixed reviews so wasn't 100% sure what to expect but well worth the money.

Positive Lane Swimming Experience
Lovely 30m pool and fairly quiet mid morning. Slow, medium and fast lanes available. Changing rooms were clean/tidy but could do with a bit of modernising.

Super pool
I have been swimming for many years at the Wimbledon branch. It's a great pool, much bigger than any of the private pools, in the area. Cleanliness is acceptable, but not always tops. Ok changing rooms and most staff are super friendly.
And the Aquarobics classes are such fun! Oversubscribed, for a reason.
Membership is much cheaper than private pools

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent equipment. Not too busy during off-peak hours. A variety of ages are welcomed. Reasonable monthly fee with no fixed contract. Easy to join online.

Better, Wimbledon Leisure Center is very close to my house, 5 mins walk.
The staff are friendly, and there are variety of classes which are easy to book. Equipments of the gym are a little out dated but good, considering the price we pay for membership. The space of gym is very large and tall celling, that has an appeal. Only down side is the place need more cleaning.

Parking fines not fair process broken
The pool at the centre is great. However the parking arrangements did not work for me. I parked in the designated spot and used the machine inside to register my vehicle (then a week later I received a fine of £100) the exact same thing happened to me the following week. I paid the first ticket as I thought I’d made a mistake but when the second ticket came I was angry and have tried to appeal 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing from parking fine company (there is no phone number to speak to anyone so I’m left in limbo)
I also wanted to raise my concerns with the Wimbledon leisure centre but again cannot speak to anyone. Surely they would like to know that customers are booking swimming and receiving parking fines as the system is broken this has put me off going now

This is a disgrace

You have a lot of equipment in the gym and have explained how to use the equipment properly.
However, I think that the hygiene in the changing rooms needs to be better because it always smell really bad.
