Been coming for spin classes! Really enjoyable and all staff are helpful, kind and supportive. All facilities are also clean and there is such a variety to equipment and classes.

I would like to thank the instructors…
I would like to thank the instructors for their kindness and support when returning after 6 months from a shoulder and neck injury. Feeling quite anxious when first going back to the classes, I was soon made to feel at ease by the guidance of the instructors with the equipment being adjusted for me and being given alternatives to the weight exercise's. This has really helped with my confidence and mental health.

No Drinking Water in Gym AGAIN!
Yet again Windrush Witney management telling lies to Members, as once again still NO drinking water available downstairs in the gym, its now 2 weeks and counting....
Its a pity the NON-charitable GLL, who did not replace the drinking water properly and installed a CHEAP luke warm pee-pot, instead of the original chilled drinking fountain, cannot put their mistake right instead of syphoning off more money to their own pockets.
But centre management telling lies again, about it being repaired last Friday! No-one on duty today had a clue and said it might be months like other repairs.
Fantastic! with summer coming and badly maintained Air-Con set to fail, I hope the centre management have done a Health and Safety Risk Assessment to cover this lack of Drinking Water which is a SAFETY issue!
Please don't come back and tell me there is a drinking fountain UPSTAIRS, as not everyone who goes there can negotiate stairs, and as management rent out the gym to cora health quacks for extra Profit on a Tuesday most of those people have physical injuries!

Staff are fantastic, place is immaculate, excellent value for money.
Staff are fantastic, always smiling and super helpful with any app issues ive had with the change over to the new format-which i think is great.
Held a membership here for i think nearly 3 years now and honestly this place has gone strength to strength recently - which prompted this review.
To whoever the new guys in charge are as i know they have had a lot of new staff over the past year: you guys are smashing it, keep up the fantastic work.

Dirty Pool
My local pool is very dirty in the pool most of the time. While the staff are lovely, the changing rooms are clean and the centre is generally well maintained, I have stopped swimming there because I believe the pool itself is a health hazard. The amount of detritus in the water: hair, plasters, nails, dirt, scum is overwhelming.

I have changed my membership from 60+…
I have changed my membership from 60+ pay as you go with 66+ paying monthly 36.00.
I love it that I don’t have to pay anything extra except Netball!
This means I would be paying another 16.00 on top.
No one seems to know the reason for the charge and have kindly let me in for free however I wonder if this stops lots of older ladies joining?
