I loved using BetterHelp. It found me a counsellor within a day and it was a great match, as the app itself will find a person for you based on your problems. You get worksheets to work off and I personally think they are very uselful. The pay structure is fairly simple too. I strongly recommend BetterHelp as it has helped me through my problems and I’ve had a great experience

I love that they have videos and articles on the app. The videos explain so much about issues I have been struggling with so long internally. It helps having educational materials and also journal ideas to help those like me who love writing my feelings.

Went because I need to talk to someone asap. They make you sign up before you can access the platform. There was a $65 a month option, I agree to that and paid. Then I see that it will take days just to get a therapist, okay, sucks for me, but fair. Then I look at my phone and I was charge $260 instead of $65. Suppppper great for my mental health, thank you for infinitely making the problem worse. Oh and if you call they just open a case, so no, they haven't refunded or even agreed to refund me.

BetterHelp provides excellent online therapy services. The emails and texts keep everything well organized and logging on is seamless. My therapist is professional and so supportive. It has given me a place to feel safe and focus on self-care and understanding of the very confusing things that occur throughout life!

It’s an absolute pleasure to be able to have therapy from my own home and be able to see a full schedule of my therapist and pick what works for me. So many feel a certain way about the way we may be seen walking into a mental health building and never end up getting help. Thank you so very much!

BetterHelp is an amazing app and program available online. My therapist sessions have been extremely valuable and my life is showing the results of it with my dreams coming true and better relationships, health and choices. The app makes it so easy to find and schedulethe right therapist and communicate through the chat function. There are also group sessions that I occasionally use that are super helpful when I need an extra boost of connection or ideas. You have to find the right therapist and so it may take one or two tries, but the app makes it really easy. I highly recommend better help because it is a quality program and a very easy to use app

I felt I needed urgent therapy so signed up for this place on the vague hope that I might find someone suitable! They claim that most people's mental health improves after 3 months of their weekly therapy! But there are no profiles of potential therapists to view unless you sign up for a subscription. I signed up on faith but was seriously disappointed with the ones I got linked to. All credit to them, however, as they were understanding about refund claim, and paid it quickly. Otherwise would have been one star!

I’ve had a very positive experience using BetterHelp. The platform is easy to use and made it simple to connect with a therapist who truly listens and provides helpful guidance. Being able to schedule sessions and communicate through the app has made therapy much more accessible and flexible with my schedule.

BetterHelp was able to connect me with a well-matched therapist when previous providers failed to do so. Having the ability to schedule up to 3 weeks out is incredibly convenient along with the choice of video or phone sessions. I experienced BetterHelp taking additional care in selecting the right therapist and they do not start charging for their service until they do so. I also appreciate that they offer various discounts and financial aid as I take advantage of their student discount. I highly recommend trying BetterHelp to anyone looking to receive mental health support.

BetterHelp is an absolute life saver, immediate connection with my therapist who is the most knowledgeable and empathetic person I came across on my mental health journey; no judgement just pure compassion to help. I can 100% recommend, you will get the help and learn the techniques to get your life back together.

My experience that I would like to see my therapist in person then on video audio and virtual. I think this is the new way of doing it takes getting used to this type of set-up I have had some problems doing virtual getting online. I know this is my second session so far check back with me in 2 mths. Thanks.

This is the best therapy resource tool ever! I dont know what to call it but its so helpful convenient easy to use and a complete game changer on having the time to take care of myself and mental health and then hit the ground running to attend to the lives and emotional needs of my family and etc so im very grateful I found this and met my therapist I have now I highly recommend this especially to mom's and introverts.

Better help has been super helpful not just for me, but my family as well. It has shown me to the therapist I like and vibe with as well as therapists who are super knowledgeable and will help with what you need. i am only at the beginning of this journey with betterhelp, but so far i really like it and havent had this positive of an outlook on life in a really long time. Its very convienient and easy to use the online tools. I like the communication options and there were so many therapists to choose from...but I think I got the best one....for me..

Difficult to schedule appointments, and one session was cancelled at late notice. (I would have been charged £15)
Slow response when messaging therapist.
I had two sessions in my first month so I cancelled the subscription. £108 per session! Thank goodness I got a discounted intro rate.

Not a great start. I filled out all the questions after getting a code from PTSD support charity for a months free therapy. Im on low income too so cant afford it. I opened up answered all the questions an was feeling particularly hopeful at the end when it said I would be matched with a therapist but that they need my payment card details for confirming and that after a month this would be charged but when you try putting your card details in and submitting match with therapist it says "card payment declined")so they had actually attempted payment. Not good when you cant afford it. 😕 And I triple checked to make sure it was showing a months free therapy and it does. It even says we only need the details to ensure you are a serious customer but then keeps attempting payment. Made me more depressed if anything as it gave me hope then dashed it within seconds... UPDATE TO RESPONCE: I understand you need a payment method to attach to the account i completely understand but why then is it attempting payment???
