Have fitted kitchens from most company’s and Better Kitchens were great value and top quality would highly recommend

Good quality units. Friendly and helpful staff to answers questions and organise delivery. All delivered on time and in good condition. Our utility room is much improved!

Build quality is good but there wasn'y any clear instruction how to install the units at all which made it much harder for new DIY'ers.

I went for true handleless units and all pre built drawers clashed with the rails. I needed to modify these so called pre built units myself which is a let down. I suggest not to opt for true handleless design from Better Kitchens as it is quite likely that you experience the same issue that I had.

we designed our own kitchen to our requirements for storage needs in bungalow. my OH retired engineer, has fitted kitchens since the 70,s remarked that this was the best build quality and design he has ever fitted, excellent fittings and sink design access made fitting a breeze. we both are pleased with result achieved and have already recommended to others.

Spot On - As Good as Ever!

Have use Better Kitchens in the past and again just recently and they are as good as ever. I have no hesitation to use them again!

Bought my kitchen online for the first time , a little apprehensive, I would like to say that I’m delighted with the super Matt white kitchen .
Good quality and very well built units , would definitely recommend to a friend .

Excellent value, service and quality. Easy to fit and no missing parts!

Easy to order and good quality units and doors. It would have been helpful if they had advised the order was being delivered by 3 separate courier companies on different days.

Units are of decent quality and although rather late, the delivery driver was extremely helpful, but there were several missing items and the couple of flatpak units lacked instructions and had to be drilled as not pre-done.

Excellent company with better service! Installed a few kitchens now and the quality has always been bang on.

Better Kitchens were super easy to deal with throughout, any changes were not a problem, the price was fantastic and we are very happy with the quality of our kitchen. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Good friendly and helpful service form Matt and others at Better Kitchens.
Initial design drawn up quickly and immediate responses provided to alterations to design. All questions answered and showroom had a good range of examples of fittings to try and choose from. Advice provided for self assembly and for fixing of own appliances.
Pre-assembled items well protected for delivery and notifications provided of when before and on the day.

What an excellent kitchen, the units coming ready made and with solid backs are so easy to fit. Kitchen fitter commented on how well made they are, and they are his favourite to fit from the brands available!
Better kitchens prices are also much more competitive than the competition with much higher quality units. Dealing with the company was very easy and they helped solve some issues while the kitchen was being fitted and a damaged door was replaced with no quibble or fuss. Will be using again for further units and always recommend their kitchens to friends and colleagues with no hesitation.

Although the kitchen units themselves are of excellent quality and very competitively priced the overall Better Kitchens experience was poor. Having arranged to travel to London (450 miles) to fit my daughter's new kitchen I was then told that the doors would not be there on the arranged delivery date, with no guarantee when they would arrive. Specific advice received on modifying a unit to fit a specific appliance turned out to be completely wrong. Although they agreed immediately to send the correct parts they then sent the wrong parts, by next day delivery! Eventually had to make modification (using hacksaw and gaffer tape!!!) just to get the job finished, weeks late.

User friendly , best quality and price makes it true DIY

Better Kitchens are a fantastic company. We had a lot of support in designing our kitchen, including really helpful email and phone conversations with an expert who produced a suggestion of how it could look based on the room dimensions and then suggested parts which we had forgotten to order while looking at our basket order! We are really happy with the quality of the product. We ordered the cupboards already built which saved a lot of work and Better Kitchens were easy to contact and extremely accommodating when there were queries to resolve. We now have a very smart kitchen which has cost us a fraction of what it would have done at other kitchen shops. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered just a few units and a worktop for a utility room. Phoned the day before to check that everything was ok for me to collect as arranged. It was - except it wasn't of course. After I'd made the 30 mile journey I was told one of the units was missing.

I asked whether everything else was present, including wall hangers. I was told it was all in the box. When I unpacked the boxes at home, they weren't of course.

Also, the worktop was badly damaged at both ends - luckily I had about 2mm to spare after cutting out the damage.

It took an extra week to get the missing cabinet. Customer service flat refused to reimburse me the cost of the wall hangers that I had to go out and buy to get the job done (when I finally got a response to my emails).

I hope your experience is better than mine, but I wouldn't hold your breath!
