absolutely abysmal service
Very quick to take our money out of the bank but when we sent back a very cheap, tacky, DAMAGED headboard that was only worth a few pounds instead of the £99 they charged us it was a total uphill battle getting our money back.
Never again would we deal with this company.
Still haven’t got our refund. One wonders if this review will generate a response and someone will issue my refund

Very nice recliner,does what it says on the tin! Only problem we ran into was with delivery. Considering that these items are sometimes used by disabled persons, why will they not arrange insurance to cover the delivery men to put items like recliners INSIDE the house rather than abandoning it outside the front door? I am extremely disabled so unable to lift/carry light items,let alone a heavy chair! The chair itself is comfortable, on the small side, so no good for anyone on the larger/taller side. Arrived in good time as we paid extra for next day delivery, (although they could have stated it would come within two days anyway! So don't waste your money on this!) I wouldn't use this company again but the chair we purchased for £400 was ok, small,but ok.
In reply to the answer of if I'd paid extra on top of the £20 delivery fee I already paid then I would have had it put inside my home, I think an extra £60 is excessive to be honest. £80 for someone disabled to have a chair put inside of their home and not left outside is as i say not exactly small change to pay on top of the cost of the chair.

We do offer an alternative professional delivery and installation service at an additional cost, in which our own transport team would deliver and install the item inside your home for you. The best Electric bed on the market!
Firstly Great customer service from the call centre staff in Bradford confirming my delivery date and time. Secondly the 2 delivery men were very professional and helpful in bringing the bed in to my house and asking where abouts I wanted it. Finally the Electric bed is fantastic, does what it says on the tin and more. Very easy and safe to use and the best thing for me it has wheels do you can easily move it around and it’s not heavy, lighter than most other electric beds. It’s helping my brother who is autistic have a more relaxed sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend the Catherine Electric bed
