Hallelujah. After 4 days they finally processed my withdrawal.
After receiving withdrawal I opened an account at Tonybets. Made 3 withdrawals all were in my account within a few hours.
I was also able to contact a live support agent right away, with a couple of questions.
A complete reversal of my experience with Betway.
I hope others will learn from my dreadful experience.

Here we have another scamming site unable to win or bonus multiple accounts tested with the same strategy and basically the same out come on each game it's fix to lose and all programmed stay the hell away from these muppets

they cheat with terms of bonus. by registration they write 10x wager with 1.75+ odds. but when you start to play, they change rollover requirements to 50x wager. I played some time than waited 7 days and withdrawal my balance because 50x - it's imposible to complete. lost bonus, but saved balance.

Last night I deposited an amount through online to my Betway Account unfortunately until now it didn't reached to my betway account. When I check my bank apps the amount was already deducted to my bank account.

When I reached their customer service through the apps and email it didn't help. This Betting app is getting worse when it comes to their customer service. Can someone from your team check my query?

I already did many times to acceess your customer service through your apps/website but still he keep on repeating on our conversation. Even though i ask for an agent assistance. Now it is already 3days since I deposited 50€. I was so disappointed because I am your regular bettor if you will check my history. My username is Hola0623. I have now been waiting 7 weeks for my balance withdrawal to be returned to me. All of a sudden they wanted me to verify so I did via the link they sent to my email, however that link did not complete so I had used the online chat everyday to ask for another link and guess what? I still have not received this link. They are doing anything in their power to stall my withdrawal and I wouldn’t mind but it is £47.98 ffs. This company is an absolute joke with the worst customer service support I have ever had to deal with. I will be posting my responses from them all over there social media pages and I will not stop until everyone can see what a shambles this company really is.

Ridiculous. I signed up, providing all the information they requested. I logged in and deposited £10. When I came back later that day to place a bet, I could no longer log in. I tried to reset my password but was told my account was locked. I contacted customer service who, after a long wait, wanted me to email my ID and a utility bill. I refused and asked for my money back. They wouldn’t give me my own money back unless I complied. They shouldn’t take people’s money if they are going to block their account before they can use it. They were happy to take my money without my ID or a bill, but wouldn’t give me my own money back without it! There are many other sports betting companies out there. Do yourself a favour and use one of them. Avoid Betway. Say no way to Betway.

I recently opened an account and deposited £10. Then immediately after my account was locked. Are they trying to steal my money? I have tried emailing them and gone through countless help pages and all I get are useless automated responses. They are so unhelpful and any link they send on here to get help just takes you back to the shitty automated live chat. Stay away from Betway they are a complete joke and I have had many great experiences with bet365, Skybet and Betfred. DO NOT TOUCH BETWAY!

I opted in welcome sport bonus "$300 + 50 Bonus Spins"

On your banner write:
10x bonus wagering applies on sports bets of 1.75+ (-133) odds.

my deposit was 200 cad, so wager should be 200 cad x 10 = 2000 cad.

I placed bets for total 2700 cad with 1.75+ (-133) odds.

but bonus hasn't been released.

I asked support. support said: your wager is 50x.
why on banner write 10x?

I repeat: ALL MY BETS WERE 1.75+ (-133) odds

Deposited money in the account made a bet and won try to login it keeps on saying unexpected error.
Used a different device and logged in and wanted to withdraw it's saying I have to make a deposit first after I already deposited long story short deposited again and went to login now I can't login to my account it's saying unexpected error are you guys scamming us

The Bonus Engine will view the bonus as a 50x bonus, with sports bets of at least 1.75 (-133) odds counting as 500% contribution. Resulting in the bonus only needing to be wagered 10x.

I understood it like:
if you take a risk and place bets with 1.75+ than you have to place 200 (my deposit) x 10 = 2000 cad and bonus is released.
if you play without high risk and select odds 1.35-1.74 than you have to place 200(my deposit) x 50 = 10 000 cad and your bonus is released.

I placed all my bets with odds 1.75+ for total amount 2500 cad but bonus wasn't released.!!!!!

I asked support and support sent me some rules from old bonus description: betway . com / g / en-ca / dyn / bonus
name of old bonus: Sport Welcome Offer (200$ welcome offer) where write:
- Bets at odds 1.75 or higher contribute 100% of the stake
- Bets at odds between 1.30 and 1.74 contribute 20% of the stake

buddy, it is another name of bonus!!!
in old bonus description wager was 10x!!!
in new you have 50x, but contribution should work different in depending from your odds. but it does not work.

contribution is always 100% and not depend from odds high. It means THEY PROPOUSE 50x WAGER for sport bonus!!!!!!! and it does not depend from odd which you use. 1.35, 1.75, 2.5 - does not matter. bonus engine does not work and you have to place 50x WAGER to release bonus. 50x wager - imposible to complete, so I lost my balance at the end.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! They cheat with bonus terms. They write about 10x wager but in reality you receive 50x wager. You can't finish 50x wager. so You will lose Your balance.

Speeded the games up drastically to stop me winning i was winning but they had rapidly speeded the reels up no winning nothing

Absolutely shocking, was playing a game, got a session expired message for absolutely no reason and then had to relog in, when I did I was playing a game where it reset everything to the beginning, Will not be using this site again, and am absolutely furious with it.

When you try and talk to someone in the chat, you are sat there for hours, without anyone coming, absolutely by far the worst customer service in the whole industry.

Would rate 0 stars if possible, I bet 10 and the horse won should receive around £40 had to then verify my account sent everything required including marriage certificate as recently married so name different and still no verification approved, it has now been 6 weeks. I have sent a complaint letter with follow up emails and not one response or acknowledgment. Absolute disgraceful, my advice don’t bet with them as in my case they don’t pay out or even acknowledge you.

You have a problem with bonus engine. I wrote it to your support, but not sure, that he can fix it by herself.

390 cad * 500% = 1950 cad
and
826 cad * 500% = 4130 cad
and my bonus requirement SHOULD BE for this moment:
9750 cad - 1950 cad - 4130 cad = 3670 cad.

but... bonus engine is wrong and it calculate my progress like
390 cad * 100% = 390 cad
and
826 cad * 100% = 826 cad
and my bonus requirement IS NOW 8534 cad.

if I am wrong somewhers, please say me where.
I hope you find a power to investigate this case and create a ticket fot technical department to fix this bug.

This isn't a customer issue its definitely them. I've never read such a poor thread of reviews glad its not just me. The one star says it all. Why am I still here? Daylight robbery. Just takes and takes on the games.

Please do not play on this site it is a total scam it will take all your money with promises and returns nothing the only thing they promise is a total scam and I've had to close my account to be free of them

I've never had a problem with withdrawals before, however my latest withdrawal has not reached my bank account and it's been 5 days since it was approved for payment. The issue I have now is you cannot speak to a live agent to find out what is going on. Also, it does not show anywhere which card my payment was sent to. I have 3 payment cards on the system because there is no option to remove old cards and the payment does not always go to the card you select. The fact that at no point in the withdrawal tracker can you see where your money is going to, surely makes it easy for someone to direct funds elsewhere .
Update: I managed to get through to customer services who are insisting that the withdrawal was processed on the 26/06/2026 and would have been in my account with 12 to 24 hours, however it's been 5 days and it's not in there. I also contacted my bank and they have said they've received no payment from Betway into my account.
