They are 100% scammers, giving you wins in the first 2 or 3 spins only to steal your money later. They impose restrictions, and if you complain, they disable you. Please avoid wasting money on this platform and ruining our lives.

Betway casino is the worst online…

Betway casino is the worst online casino I've ever come across, it's taken 6 days and I still haven't received my withdrawal and every time I needed to contact them took me nearly an hour to get a response and they are not helpful at all!
They don't have a phone number nor an email address.
To save yourself loads of trouble don't use the service as they don't pay your winnings!

The worst betting site ever

The worst betting site ever. The offer they give you is total rubbish and not worth you money everything wrong with a betting site look no further than BETWAY. I had to complain the very first day of joining and waiting over half hour. Everything they give you when free bets is bet builder but you cannot use it even thought it is in you account NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Also I still had free bets but cannot use them even thought they are in my account. The worst is the promotion offer 4x £10 bet builder plus 2x £10 4+ accumulator at 3/1 or more. Meaning you lose every bet SCAM. They know you are not going to wait 30+ mins to get thought to them best close the account and put it down to a bad experience COWBOY OUTFIT

This is absolute corporate proof that they know exactly who I am (Taylor Beattie) and recognize my severe vulnerability.
Yet, they are still withholding my £14,885 refund from an 8-month GAMSTOP failure where they accepted my secure Trustly Open Banking deposits. Their silent games mean my five-year-old son's easyJet holiday faces automatic cancellation tomorrow morning for a £3,264 balance. I am on a 17-hour mandatory work shift tomorrow from 5:00 AM with zero Wi-Fi, meaning they must settle this TODAY.
I have just fired off a final Critical Blackout Notice on our email chain. If they do not transfer my funds via Faster Payments immediately, my final files are going straight to the UK Gambling Commission Enforcement Division. Trustly transmits the verified bank account holder's name on every single transaction. This means Betway accepted thousands of pounds over 8 months from an identity actively blacklisted on the national multi-operator self-exclusion database. They failed to match the payment details to the GAMSTOP database, causing me a £15,000 net loss while vulnerable.

I have submitted a formal Stage 1 Letter Before Action demanding a full refund of my net losses and have officially logged this systemic licensing breach with the UK Gambling Commission. I expect their corporate compliance director to contact me immediately to resolve this

Bet settled as lost coz a player never played in the game!! The only website know to me where they gonna make sure that every possible angle is against you. Contacted cust service convinced it was an error...after 'short' 32mins wait, I got told that indeed my bet lost since the player did NOT play a sng minute. My experience with Betway has been…

My experience with Betway has been extremely disappointing. I've spent a significant amount of time playing the slots and found that they rarely seem to pay out anything meaningful. The games feel incredibly one-sided, and it often seems impossible to make any progress before your balance disappears.
While I understand that slots are based on chance and the house always has an edge, the overall experience left me feeling like there was very little opportunity to win. Combined with the lack of excitement from the payouts, it felt more frustrating than entertaining.
Based on my experience, I won't be using Betway again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable online casino experience. Account closed!!

Except now for the past year and a half, EVERYDAY I land on the free spin on the one cent game hockey night fever...I've brought this to thier attention three times so far with no change, chances of this being a coincidence for over 365 days in a row and counting when it's made to land on its provided varieties tells me they are capable of manipulating gameplay outcomes, unashamed to manipulate gameplays, and thus far operate without fairness or equal opportunity for all their players. I placed a bet today on a player…

I placed a bet today on a player (Julian Quiñones for Mexico) to score, and the player did in fact score the first goal of the match. The goal was even recognized and settled correctly in another bet I placed, yet this particular wager was voided.
I would like a clear explanation as to why this bet was voided, as the player participated in the match and scored. Based on the terms of the wager, this appears to be a winning bet and should be settled accordingly.
I have noticed similar issues on previous occasions, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the consistency of how these bets are being settled. The current settlement reduced my payout significantly, from what should have been a winning return to only a partial refund.

Lucky enough to withdraw all money

This bookie is stinky. I wonder their employee are 99% investigation team, only less than 1% are customer services, sales & marketing etc.

I used welcome bonus to bet, Like after winning a high odds ACCA, I got email that they review my account and inform me no longer eligible for FB, I was so shocked and withdraw my money as I considered this is unusual.
