Appalling experience using this company…

Appalling experience using this company for the first and last time. The owner of the company physically threatened me in my own home.

Contacted them to ask them to have a look at a dishwasher that wasn’t draining.

Supposedly repaired and tested it on visit one and I paid the not insignificant repair and call-out invoice. I then immediately tested the machine with an empty load and it failed within a few minutes.

Contacted them again and got an exasperated response but they came out again 11 days later.

Another invoice, another ‘fault fixed’.

Guess what, ran a test myself and it failed again immediately.

So…. contacted them yet again. No apology, lots of excuses and would not commit to a day. Had to contact them repeatedly and they eventually can round a third time and this time they told me it was unrepairable. They also made a comment about the brackets that they themselves had chosen to fix the machine had broken free.

At this point I quite rightly questioned why this diagnosis could not have been made from the outset rather than three weeks and £140 of wasted money ago.

His response was to threaten me with violence in my own kitchen.

Police were notified.

Never in 38 years running in this business, has a customer behaved in such an awful manner that you have, and I can see you make a habit of this, by doing this to many different people's business https://www.trustpilot.com/users/51a8840200006400013de193

You call and book an appointment for an e25 error code for your built-in dishwasher, my wife and I came and see the dishwasher already removed from the units with the brackets and screws missing, we proceed the work on it, we found the pump was covered in debris stopping it turning, we cleaned it out and tested the machine and running completely fine.
Explained to you Chris the problem and everything, and then, you asked us to install it back and you give us all the twisted brackets, but I try to manage to make it good and also you asked my wife what was the small bits for the dishwasher and she politely explained and showed you the purpose of it, and you are thrilled.
A couple of days later you reported you still have the problem, so I agreed to come back as soon as possible, but, we did have a lot of jobs booked, I rang you shortly before coming and said subject to have a parking space, and you even advice me to park in Tesco which is about a quarter of a mile away and I said, I have a heavy tools case to carry and that was not workable, luckily we found a parking place, then, see to work on the dishwasher and found a piece of broken glass jump in the pump, which was not here when we left previously, now tested the machine again a while with no fault showing, charged you as a continuation for only £25+vat.
Then you contacted me again to say, has a different fault which was e15 indicating water in the base(leak), so I agreed to come back free of charge to examine, we remove from the units, noticing had been pulled off from its brackets, dismantle it a lot further and set it in the programme, after a while we could see a small leak in a difficult area to access, so I showed you this with a torch and told you that there's much further to go with it and being 12+ years old, you may consider a new one if you wanted everything to be okay for the future, at this point you march up and down with a terrible temper, shouting, stamping and waving your fists, and I ask you to stop that, and my wife intervened and asked you to please calm down which you did and then suddenly shouted on her face "get out" "get out" waving your hand to her face and say you are calling the police, we then heard you say, you were being physically threatened by 2 people in you home, which is a complete lie. Our tools are still on the floor and the toolbox and you told us to leave them and get out of my property, and I said as soon we gathered all our things out were be glad to leave, we waited outside for the police to came but, never saw them, so we went.
Then I see, you have gone out of your way to social media, to try and harm the business, first at Facebook, this was reported and seems to have been removed, so, next your here in trust pilot, and breached the rules by putting your reviews twice for the same job from your different accounts, the second one containing far worst harmful contents and untruths, which somehow has been removed including your awful reviews of other businesses but, I already had that copied as shown in the link above, although you tried to hide it.
Trust pilot rules don't allow harmful comment and you are not allowed to review the same job twice from your different accounts.
I'm not even certain that you were actually speaking to the police, and if you were you should have a log number, which you could proof and verify

In conclusion: You had a total 3hours work from 2 of us for £100+vat and the universal descaler cleaners which is £14.58+vat.
