We used B And G solicitors as we had done previously for the sale and purchase of properties when Denise Buckingham was still working there. I wish we hadn’t have bothered , the day before completion i was informed all our signed paperwork had been lost . Not sure how as it was a signed for delivery and it had been signed for within the office. We had to faff about in an already stressful situation getting all the papers signed and witnesses again , and get them back to the office that day. Communication wasn’t great either , I had sent out several emails asking confirmation that documents had been received no response. I will never use them again and I am also writing a complaint letter .

This company have been dealing with a case for several years and have been told numerous times on a final date to which this has not come too
Several Emails were sent to which no reply
This is unprofessional and ignorant
I would not use or recommend this company
