This was my worst online shopping experience in my life. They provide very poor customer service and don't value their customers. I have purchased and returned the product that I have placed with them and still haven't received my refund. they are not answering my calls or texts and are very irresponsible. These are mostly scammers. People please be careful from such fraudulent websites.

Very impressed
Constant communication re order status. One item wasn't in stock so refund received immediately. Order arrived 2 days after placing. Great products and low prices. Very impressed.

Ordered an item with a 7 working day delivery and its been well over a month now with no sign. Emailed the company 6 working days ago with no reply. Taking the matter to Paypal now.

Ordered on a Monday morning. Should be next day dispatch....no email to say where item is. 1-2 working day delivery no sign.

Excellent service
I am very impressed with the service I ordered a dog harness for my new puppy. On Monday afternoon 8 AM Tuesday morning it arrived what more can I say, excellent service. Especially after I had been let down by another company selling an identical item. In future I will always shop at BG Stores.

Helpful and Quick
Not sure if the item was suitable for what I wanted, so I gave them a call and they said they would check and phone me back, expected to wait a day or more like most companies, but 5 minutes later they called me back with all the details.
Better still it arrived 10.30 the next morning.
