FANTASTIC DENTAL EXPERIENCE!!!I've trusted the hygienist at Best Health Clinic for many years now! Even after moving away, I'm willing to make a two-hour trip just to ensure they’re the ones taking care of my dental cleanings. The service is exceptional! Lilly at the front desk is incredibly courteous, supportive, and warm! The hygienist demonstrates great professionalism and expertise in cleaning my teeth and offers valuable tips on maintaining oral health. The name truly reflects their quality... absolutely the best dentist!

I came to Best Health Clinic based off a referral from my NHS GP. I booked my appointment on their website which was very informative about the vaccines I wished to get. The front desk staff called me very soon after to let me know they needed to order in the vaccine and reschedule for a week after. They also scheduled in all 3 appointments within enough time before my travels, which was very reassuring!

All such friendly welcoming staff from the moment you walk in with the front desk staff and during your appointment (my apt was with Sobia). She made me feel very comfortable and took careful time explaining the vaccines I may consider which reminded me I needed a 2nd different vaccine to what I came for. This was also given during the apt.

I think the vaccines were a tiny bit higher priced than other practices but it was an overall better experience.

I received an exceptional and quality service each visit. The dentist and hygienist are knowledgeable and experienced. The practice environment is very clean and welcoming. The receptionist is very polite and professional. I’ll definitely recommend this practice.

AMAZING DENTIST!!!

I have been seeing the hygienist at Best health clinic for several years! Eventhough I no longer live in the area I will travel 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned only by Best Health clinic hygienist, as the service is outstanding!! Lilly in reception is very polite, helpful and friendly! And the hygienist is very professional and does a great job in cleaning my teeth, and advising me on how to keep my teeth clean to prevent any oral diseases! The name says it all....Best dentist ever!!

They make you feel very relaxed indeed and I'm petrified of the dentist. Would definitely recommend Ayesha. She's informative of every step of your treatment and provides a relaxing atmosphere....

Reception team are always very helpful and polite - I’ve never had the follow up on anything and the team always follow through on what is promised.

I’ve been to the clinic for invisiline and hygienist visits - have received a very high quality of care. Gone away with good information on how to keep up the health of my mouth and was able to finish the Invisiline process in 10x weeks - so happy and will continue to visit the clinic for further dental needs.

Kelsey, who took my call and made the appointment for me, was both helpful and efficient. She explained exactly what would happen and put me at ease.
Doctor Ayesha was very thorough with her examination. She was caring and offered me very good advice.

BEST SERVICE EVER!
Best Health clinic in Hornchurch looked after my father in law, during his last few years (he was 92 when they first treated him) and the kind nature that they showed towards him stuck in my head. I went for my initial check-up and explained the fact that I was an extremely nervous and jittery patient. Ayesha and her assistant actually listened to this and heard what I was saying. They both put me at ease and assured me throughout. Both of them have such a great gentle nature and a reassuring manner. I did need quite a bit of work doing and over the course of 4 weeks I had some dificult work carried out (a total of about 5 appointments were attended during this time). Each time I was made to feel at ease and came out feeling like I was special.
The initial inspection highlighted many areas that needed fixing. I was given the options, talked through the alternatives, asked for my choices and then the work was carried out. I can honestly say that, even though I don't usually like going to the dentist, I would not hesitate to book again with this practice. I would regualrly get a phone call the day after treatment asking if everything was to my satisfaction. The treatment was never rushed and all follow-up instructions on after care were clearly explained too. I would like to thank the team for all their hard work, kind a considerate treatment and professionalism.

I had attended the Glasgow clinic and the service I received was superb from este medical. The staff was very helpful, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend to visit este medical group.
