I found it very difficult to get my money back the questions you asked was far to difficult for me having to find documents ect from doctors and it was not straightforward

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we’re very sorry to hear of your difficulty with claiming recently.

When claiming through our Online Portal, the ‘Terms Of Use’ (which a Policyholder must read & accept in order to submit any claims this way), confirm exactly what our Claims Services Team (CST) need on submitted documentation to accurately assess any claim. If these are not followed and insufficient/ unclear information is submitted, the claim will be declined and the Policyholder will have to provide the requisite information.

Like any insurance policy, the onus is on the Policyholder to provide the information needed for the insurer to assess the claim. While BHSF can help with this under certain circumstances, our CST do not have the capacity to phone every service provider for every claim, especially if the information we’ve been given is unclear/ incomplete.

If you’d like us to look into this further for you though, or you ever need any help on what is needed in order to claim, please contact us in advance of booking anything so we can help.
