A Lifetime of Cover

I’m now 82 and live is an Assisted Living Complex. It is good to know that I can get mist of my new glasses paid for and my Dental work covered. I have been a Member for 60 years. Solid performance from your Company.

Great service!

I was having problems submitting a claim and called the helpdesk. Neil Ryder couldn't have been more helpful. We tried to troubleshoot over the phone but needed IT Support. Neil made contact and the issue was resolved in less than a couple of hours. Fantastic customer service.

I wouldn't advise to anyone this company to have a discount card/ blue card

I wouldn't advise to anyone this company to have a support from them. If you don't use this service at all,they are not paying your money back for all years that they have taken from your account every month.
Strongly advise not to use them, invest better in life insurance.

Like most insurances, our policies do not give a full refund in the event the cover isn’t used/ needed. Insurance policies usually exist to help cover an individual for a ‘just in case’ scenario (e.g. home insurance/ car insurance) and may never actually be used. Our Health Cash Plans (HCP), while a form of insurance, are different though, as they’ve been designed to be used frequently to help towards those everyday health related expenses (e.g. a dental check-up/ monthly contact lenses/ an appointment with a Chiropractor etc.). A Policyholder can claim on their HCP as much as they want, up to the maximum allowances for their plan & level of cover.

Unfortunately, if you’ve decided not to use a HCP, or had a life insurance plan and your Next Of Kin have not needed to claim, the premiums aren’t refundable. However, if you do have something you’d like to submit a claim for, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help.
