I was recommended to use Bright Ideas by a friend after deciding to form a LTD company. Syed has been amazingly helpful, always responding to emails promptly and getting things sorted his end.

I can't recommend these guys enough, especially if you're new to operating as self-employed! No complaints here.

I have an outstanding collaboration with Bright Ideas, especially with Thomas which guided me from the beginning through my ltd accounting. He helped me a lot and explained me all the questions that I had.

I'm fairly new to needing an account and I have to say Michael was/is superb. Always at hand, always able to answer ALL my newbie questions, and there were a lot - very patient with me on this. Always providing great relevant, helpful tips and advice. I cant fault him. Competitively priced too. Michael has my 100% recommendation.

Been with Michael for a couple of years and he's saved me thousands of pounds with great advise. My last accountant cost me thousands by not providing the relevant advice so, Michael is a breath of fresh air!

BI Accountancy give you access to Freeagent which makes managing expenses and created invoices etc. a doddle.

In addition to that Michael is a top bloke, easy to talk to and understands the challenges of running a business.

Michael and the BI team initially restructured my Freeagent account to get things in order. They also taught me how to properly utilise the software. Since then they have been responsive and proactive. Can’t recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend BI Accountancy. I am a contractor who has been self employed for a while now. I have not had the most positive experience with accountancy firms and dreaded switching to a new accountants as my view was they were all the same (i.e. useless unless you chase and use google as an accountancy interruption reference point). So it came to the point where my old accountants were literally dropping the ball left right and centre (and they were not sorry about it). The final point came when I had to query what my dividend balance was, this chase went on for a while and they had accidentally started charging me more than was contractually agreed. So I said thats it I am off, let me see if I can find an accountancy firm that can just do a little bit better than you guys to save me some time.

After some research on the contractor forums I find BI and a few other Accountancy firms, they all sounded similar in their offerings but for some reason I went with BI. And this I have not regretted, with freeagent and my dedicated account manager (Thomas - who is a qualified accountant) life as a contractor seemed worthwhile again. I will be honest I was wary about the transition process from one accountants to another but BI were reassuring and kept to their word, they are just proactive guys. They actually chase you and speak english when it comes to accountancy speech, my old accountants used to speak to me like i was a qualified accountant, i would have to google every word they said.

I would highly recommend BI for their professionalism, their competitive prices, their work ethnic - they actually take on the role of an accountant and not an admin that just sends you automated email notifications.
