Nikki in technical was brilliant. Your website for registration is complete rubbish with homeowner taking you to the installer page. I also was not advised that the rinnova advance has an offset flue and
The offset flue kit to alleviate this is not available in the UK. Why ever not? Other than this I'm pleased with the boiler and hope it lasts the 18 years my old biasi did

Very poor web site
I found trying to register my new boiler to be very frustrating as the web site took me into a closed loop, the help on the web site was totally unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue, I eventually had to call to speak to a human being (new to the role and had no idea how to register my boiler) but still 100% better than the web site.

Tried to register warranty on line but serial number not recognised,so contacted Biasi by phone, took a while for a response due to option 5 no longer valid, but once through the contact was very helpful & to the point. Sorted quickly.

The lady who phoned me was first class , and polite so in the end all was good , my only gripe was the registering of the boiler online could not be done as it was something to do with the serial number ??? But as I’ve said thanks to her replying to my email all was well
