I have a biasi combi, Garde HE 28 model which i bought from B&Q. Got to be honest this boiler was fitted about 17 years ago and has been pretty good. I did have to change the PCB over the years due to a power surge i had in the house but it's been a quite reliable boiler and would recommend and would also consider buying again.

I had a boiler fault which was diagnosed and fixed efficiently over the phone. The engineer, Rav, was very helpful and the call waiting times were pleasantly short.

good but have to provide alot of information over e.mail and servise before can get anyone out my folks are pensioners and dont know how to use e.mail .not good its registered and under warranty

They responded to my email quickly with no fuss.

I was recommended to go for a BIASI boiler from friends that already had one fitted . So glad I did I’m delighted with the look , price , quality, and efficiency of this boiler and best of all not complicated to use .

I have to say that Rav in tech support is truly excellent. He’s gone above & beyond his duties in order to help me out. Very patient and extremely knowledgable with incredible communication skills.

I'm a gas engineer and couldn't fathom why a boiler I was working on wouldn't fire up in heating demand.
After many checks we found the issue. One happy and warm customer.

We changed our bolier to a later model Biasi just before Christmas. The previous model had given us over 11 years of faultless service with a great efficiency rating at over 88%. As it had been so reasonably priced when I bought it I decided to retire it and go for a younger model. Again pricewise the new model was just so reasonably priced, less than half of what some makes cost and with better efficiency ratings! I had need to speak to the people at Biasi on a couple of occasions and I have to say they are some of the most helpful, friendly people I have dealt with in recent times. The new boiler is singing away nicely and even seems to already be showing a saving in kWh over the previous model. I hope it is as reliable as the old model and turns out to be not bad at all!
