Having been a Customer of Bibby's for over 20 Years now....I stay with them for several Key Reasons. Firstly, a strong Account Management Team and that can be easily reached and accommodate my "Commercially Bespoke" requests whenever required....Highly Competitive Market Rates on Funding...& an Online System that could not be easier to use and provides me with instant Access to Capital "as & when" I require it with "Minimum Fuss & Effort Required in Usability"...allowing me to get on with running my business. Its just "Easy" & if that's what you want then these guys are a smart choice

We had problems getting money in as quick as we needed from good, but late paying customers so sought to factor some invoices, and so after a recommendation we went with Bibbys. It was an easy process we need help with cashflow and were quite honest with the probelms we faced and they helped us accordingly. We have used them for nearly a year and it has made our lives much easier and and the stress levels have dropped massivley, they released some cash almost immediatley and we had no problems at all, there is always someone around to help, think finance and banking and you think stuffy telesales people, Bibbys are real people whom you get to know, the main ladies i speak to are Elise and Dee and are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and if a doddering 56 year old tech scared grandad can work the portal then anyone can. Honestly, lovely friendly helpful people, it really makes a difference. I looked at many others and made the right choice, and they love baby photos and dogs, whats not to like? Elise and Dee, Thank you.

We have been working with BFS for 2.5 years and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. Our experience has been with the Brentwood branch and the team have been fantastic; a huge thanks to Mark Turner, Pranav Depala and Claire Hamill for their help with setting up the facility and the ongoing support required. However the biggest thank you has to go to Carolyn Bell, our Relationship Manager, and Leah Morton, our Relationship Executive.

Carolyn has been one of the most supportive, genuine and competent professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with throughout my career. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and no matter what the issues may have been Carolyn has always moved mountains to ensure the best possible resolution for both parties. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with her again in the future and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Leah has been on hand to maintain the smooth running of our facility and has been flexible and accommodating whenever necessary. Our account hasn't always been the easiest to handle but Leah has always been patient and helpful beyond recognition. A huge thanks to this superstar for her diligence and professionalism throughout.

I can highly recommend working with Bibby - they not only provided us with an affordable means to continue growing our business but they also developed a strong, friendly and professional relationship with us.

The staff is helpful and always ready to assist in resolving issues. The portal could be more transparent and easier to use.

Myself and my colleague were recently handed the reigns in dealing with our company finances which, at the time, were not in great shape. In fact our Bibby account (which we have been signed into for many many years) was a complete shambles. A Teams call with Kamil and Eleanor for a spot of training was organised and we are happy to say that we now have a lovely clean ledger and an almost "best friends relationship" with Eleanor - she is such a sweet girl and such an asset to Bibby. Ian Lyall and his team especially Helen and Lorna are extremely helpful and a credit to Bibby FS. They take care of our financial needs with a personal touch.

We are already a client and have a great relationship with Bibby FS, and recently we needed a rapid solution for a group company. I was very impressed by Michael Palmer who managed the whole setup, onboarding and initial funding of the company. He was chasing and responding to emails over the weekend, including after 9pm on a Sunday night. Many thanks indeed.

I have been working with Bibby for almost a year. They supported me (and my business) at a time when even banks wouldn't open a current account! They have been a fantastic support to keep my business going, enabling me to continue trading with low volume, yet high value clients in multiple currencies and countries. Both Helen and Sarah are superb at giving me plenty of space to do my thing, without too much interference which for me is perfect.

I also use Bibby FX - the guys there are great, efficient, easy to deal with and fairly competitive on the rates as well.

All in all - I couldn't recommend Bibby highly enough!

Flexible, fair and responsive, they are a fantastic and dedicated asset to Velocity. We keep getting offered "better alternatives" from their competitors; however, I wouldn't risk swapping this level of service and professionalism for anyone. I’ve used Bibby for about a year now. I’ve used many over the years…. Bibby is by far the best. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best!
Buy it nice or buy it twice.

I have a personal account manager, her name is Caroline Ogle, and believe me when I say she’s exactly that. A PERSONAL account manager. Not once have I had to wait for a response, not once has she not answered my calls. I have no doubt that I’m one of her smallest clients. But when I need something she makes me feel like she drops everything to take care of me.

I couldn’t ask for more from Bibby, they are thorough, professional, friendly, and have helped triple my business over the year I’ve been with them. Yes they are a business, they are there to make money, but in helping me grow mine - their fees are happily and willing paid every month.

Can't thank Paul Robbins enough for his help and support with our Trade Finance facility. Really knowledgeable and an all round good bloke with old school common sense and practical simple solutions. Sad to loose him as Bibby transition away from our type of facility. Wish him every success in the future - we need a few more like him.
