Steve Taylor, Ben forbes-Geary & Nicky Churchill have provided excellent support through the entire onboarding process, continuous sound knowledge and explainations in and out of business hours that suited our working practises as we arent your typical 9-5ers! Always on the end of the phone for any query. These 3 people had the patience and understanding we needed to move forward with the facility, what an absolute credit Steve, Ben & Nicky are to the Bibby team! A* service all round.

Jordan Cheng and his team are super-efficient, attentive to solving all kinds of needs. Maximum efficiency and competence. Special mention not only for Jordan but also for the exoprt Service Centre operations team and especially Simona and Tash .

Everything about my experience with Bibby has been positive from the beginning. Jamie and Liam have kept in regular contact during the changeover period from another facility, always friendly and professional, answering any questions or concerns I've had along the way. I have felt completely looked after by them through a difficult time and honestly can not rate them highly enough. Our facility has gone live today and already within an hour received a telephone call from our new relationship manager Jordan. Absolutely nothing to find fault with at all and wish we'd been with them from the start.

My company has recently set up with Bibby financial services, and we have found them to be excellent in this process with their advice and their help in getting us up and running. Superb service from the very beginning. Since my initial enquiry, Steve, Harriet and Aaron have been top class assisting us in getting a facility agreed and up and running. Clear communication, prompt responses to queries and a 'lets get this done' attitude that, lets face it, is often missing when dealing with most service providers has really made Bibby FS stand out in my mind. This facility will really aid our company growth as we plan our short and medium term goals and we could not be happier at this stage. I would not hesitate in recommending Bibby FS to our extensive contacts list.

We have recently joined the Bibbys team. From start to finish Steve has helped us through the process at every stage. Nothing has ever been to much trouble. We have now been passed onto the financing team now our account is set up, and again we have had them on hand whenever we have needed. All in all brilliant service from start to finish.

A great experience from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with people who are quite simply hungry to provide an outstanding service and on this occasion at pace. My facility was completed within a very short period and the additional hours that both James and Ian put into this increased my level of confidence that I had chosen the right people to work with. I do also need to mention Connie who again was so incredibly efficient in her work (again within tight deadlines) and her communication was impeccable.
