My experience of using Bibby was positive, from the dedicated team from numerous departments that I dealt with was always consistent in communications.
I never felt unsafe, misled and was kept up to date with any changes and the online facility was easy to navigate while giving you all the information you need as a business.
Credit limits are fair, following using other incompetent factoring companies in the past - Bibby definitely topped service levels.
I want to mention a few key members who gave me the positive experience above and looked after my concerns while displaying patience.
Joanne Coey & Charlotte McDonnell dealt with my buy out from Bibby factoring, I decided to invest in another company and recruitment naturally come to an end, I was honest about my transition and Charlotte assisted me with an exit strategy that protected both parties and ensured no one was to loose further cost if necessary and I ended up actually saving over £4,500, she also helped with some difficult decisions around funding and always came back to me. Joanne had the toughest job to collect under £200,000 from multiple clients who are a little less reluctant to pay once they get wind the ship is sailing, she used a calm approach but turned up a notch when needed in a very professional and compliant manor. I think Joanne is a huge asset to Bibby, always consistent with her relationships. Sophie Upton was on Joannes team and was always polite, helpful when Joanne was busy or in meetings and would assist and relay messages.
Last of all the start of the process was Krishan Patel & Alyssa working hand in hand with every day account management with Krishan being new to Bibby as my relationship Manager he took on board all of my concerns and they was always rectified, he was very responsive and I actually had some laughs with him, it’s always good to have a personal element in business and he knows how to manage a client like myself - expectations and was always honest. Alyssa - fantastic credit controller, I felt bad some times as I know they have multiple accounts to deal with but she would give everything 100% and even bring things to my attention that I may have missed or forgotten about, every time a client would play hard ball - she would obtain evidence and have an email from every question. Always has compliance ready for any payment related issues.
Thanks Bibby for having me, I will be back if funding is required in the the future.

Bibby operate poorly when there is a dispute on invoices. They are intolerably aggressive and extremely unfair. They make assumptions that their clients have delivered and ignore disputes and issue wind-ups. buyers beware if you are engaging with any company who uses Bibby for factoring. Do not engage.

We have been using Bibby Financial for 5 years now, we have had various different credit controllers but we have been assigned a lady called Gunta Tangijeva who is amazing. She is efficient, always answers queries in timely manner and keeps us up to date. We have two relationship Executives, Steve Hemingway and Lauren Higson. I entered into a confidential facility agreement with Bibby Financial Service UK, my customer number 0019313/001 GBP.
During the first week of the confidential service, Bibby Financial Services disclosed the Confidential facility to all of my clients.
They claimed that the disclosure was a mistake. However, one year later, no one has taken responsibility, acknowledged the detrimental effect the disclosure had on my business, or made a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
This has severely impacted my business, and it seems like no one at Bibby Financial Services is concerned about the disclosure, aside from occasional apologies for the error.
Anytime I raise the issue with them, I am talked down and treated as if it was in order for them to disclose confidential facility.
This has left my once-healthy business in disarray, and it appears that Bibby Financial Services is not concerned about their conduct.
