There have been some hiccups...

There have been some hiccups during our collaboration with Bibby Financial Services, but Margaret Smith has always been there for us, her patience and understanding helped us continue, and 8 years later to still go ahead with Bibby and more important with our business.

Mixed performance Zero and Five

This is a hard one as a particuar issue followed an increasing number of corporate box ticking policies that seemed aimed at making life more difficult for its customers while providing, one assumes, some minor benefit to the company - it has became this way over the past 12 months or so, too many people sitting in a centralised back office somewhere creating policies that make life difficult for those in the real world.
My rating would have been no stars of it was not for the team members that we regularly work with who totally saved the day, and appreciated the serious challenges we faced from some arbitary and unamed change in fund transfers which allowed Barclays to held a very large sum of our money for more than 10 days while they checked out some unamed issue?Even though we have been transfering funds between the same accounts for more than 21 years!

People like Jordan Cheng, Helen Arrowsmith and Tom in Forex are however the heroes of the story helping escalate this gross, unexplained and clearly unecessary injustice, while looking at potential work-arounds as a fall back. They kept me on board when I was ready to say enough we are taking our business elsewhere!
The Bibby team members in Adderbury that we deal with are true diamonds. They would get six stars if that was possible.

Sometimes in a day there are issues…

Sometimes in a day there are issues that need to be addressed to balance the account. Nayan Patel has always through good communication managed to resolve these. I have found that having a good working relationship pays dividends in that it achieves the end goals quietly and efficiently.

Fabulous Team

Carolyn Bell and Leah Mortan have been fantastic with getting us set up on their facility. Their knowledge of the systems and explanations have helped us to no end, and their continued support and aftercare is amazing.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service, extremely aggressive attitude towards clients my initial contact was very nice however the case handler after was very rude and abrupt, ive also just found out they have put a charge against my business! We had no money outstanding and when we decided Bibby wasn't for us anymore they did this causing issue for future business finance
As soon as I said this service didn't suit our needs our handlers attitude went from bad to worse! Putting a charge on someone's business without their knowledge is terrible customer service! I would never recommend them to anyone!

We as a company have been using Bibby’s…

We as a company have been using Bibby’s Financial Services since March 2024 and have found it to be a real asset when it comes to planning and ultimately winning work. The ability to do some high level financial checks on potential clients prior to contracts and then being able to receive funding to assist cash flow is a plus for any sized business. Aaron and Dale have been top class with explaining and running the facility to me and have clearly and promptly explained queries as they have come along. There has been times where as a small business I have not been able to provide exactly what they required there and then and once explained (usually with me being on site) Aaron has been very fair in agreeing timeframes to close this out. I would recommend the facility to those looking to grow and expand their business.

Always helpful and very professional

Always helpful and very professional. Great relationships between Bibby and clients, I cannot recommend Bibby enough. Alana and Ian are excellent at their jobs, I can always count on their knowledge and they are there when I'm in need of advice.
The Bibby FX team is just as great, always up to date with the market, ready to help me get the most for my money.
Overall I deal with Bibby every week and could not be more satisfied.
