I've bought one jersey from Bicycle Booth and currently have a cold weather kit on the way, and I'm really happy with the quality of the product, the awesome designs, and the pricing. I'm new to cycling so I wanted gear that was affordable and functional, and finding BB's incredible selection of unique patterns and vibrant colours was a bonus. Yes, shipping was slow at times because the products were coming from overseas, but tracking was good and I definitely got what was advertised. I'll be buying from these guys again!

I have placed about a half dozen orders with Bicycle Booth, and only had an issue with one (stitching was flawed on one bib shorts). They resolved it by sending me an entirely new one once I sent a couple of photos showing the issue. Otherwise, everything has arrived exactly as expected. Their shipping times have improved greatly after some delays during the early COVID days. Their styles are varied and top notch, and the fit is just right for me. I find them to be a great value with good quality. Much better than cheaply made ones, but not as high quality as the much more expensive ones. They have found the sweet spot, in my opinion, and I will continue to buy from them.

Their return policy sucks. I had to return one of the kits I purchased. They don’t cover shipping on returns and they’re based in Canada so it’s international shipping and my shipping cost was $29. USPS tracking says they received my return a week ago, but I can’t get anyone their to confirm and I’ve tried calling and emailing. It’s like they don’t use computers there. I was also entitled to a freebie package that was supposed to come with the order. I called and they finally sent it 2 weeks ago, but the email confirmation has no tracking number and I still haven’t received it. I shouldn’t have to chase them down to process my return and refund my $.

I choose Bicycle Booth because of their original designs. My new bicycle kits have designs that look exclusive and yet had very reasonable price. The size is exactly as their size chart and the quality is beyond expectations. The fabric allows my skin to breath.
I made a mistake in my original order and due to that I also discovered their great customer service. My replacement order took the due time and it was perfect. Thank you for being there!

I ordered sun glasses. They are extremely/ cheaply made (they were shipped from China”. The lenses are foggy when you look through them, the extra lenses that came with them didn’t fit the frames. If you read their return policy, you have to pay for your own shipping. You have to email pictures of what’s wrong with the item (which I would expect). This is definitely the “ You get what you pay for” scenario. I don’t have the time nor patients to deal with the return for the $50 I paid. I will take the loss and gain more from writing this review and deterring future sales. I definitely don’t recommend buying from them. Spend the few extra dollars to get quality merchandise.

I’m a 53” chest and 18st.. a 6xl is a perfect fit and I shall order many more tops, great quality and fit.. Thanks BB..

I purchased a matching kit of bib shorts and jersey. It fits, looks great, and is comfortable on the saddle. I would definitely buy from Bicycle Booth again.

I read other reviews before I purchased. Most that were negative were because of shipping and delivery times. It felt like it was worth the risk. True to form, it took longer to get than expected. That was not the real problem. The jersey and shorts did not fit. That happens more often than it should for online purchases, but I can deal with that. When contacted about what my options were I was told I could keep the outfit and get a 70% discount on a new one, or return this one for exchange. No option for a refund. I've lost a lot of weight the past year and decided to keep the outfit, maybe it fits me next year. I ordered another outfit for my wife expecting a 70% discount. Nope, no can do. And I quote "For the first option of an exchange, we can only change the size of the item but not the gender design and color". Really BB, you guys understand you're doing business in the 21st century, right? You know we can purchase gear from hundreds of others, right? You know you're competing against the big guys from Seattle, that let you drop off returns at the local department store, no questions asked, right? Apparently you don't know any of those things. In BB's reply to my objections there were multiple apologies. The only thing worse than poor service is hollow apologies for it. It's a shame really, they have some very cleaver ideas. Too bad BB's policies and procedures are not cleaver as the products they're selling. Risk purchasing from them at your own peril.

I had some questions before I placed my order so I contacted support and I was surprised to receive a reply back in less than 24 hours. KUDOS to Cheng Trinidad for all the quick response. I appreciate that.

I ordered several items all of which look fantastic and are great quality. However the bib pants were way too small - I contacted customer support and got a quick, courteous and helpful response to resolve the issue and exchange for a better size. Thank you!
