POOR QUALITY
I am training for an Ironman to raise money for a friend battling stage 4 breast cancer and was so excited to find a jersey where I could put her picture on it! I wore it one time. I washed it in cold water alone without putting it in the dryer. When I took it out, it had snags all over and was ruined. When I reached out to the company they said they couldn't help because I had worn it. This jersey is POOR QUALITY and I would not purchase anything from them again.

What a great company. Although I live in another country (UK) BB have been really great sorting out my return and exchange. Customer service is excellent. Yes delivery time took longer but what do you expect living in another country and a virus messing everything up. Deffo 5 stars 😁👍

The clothing I purchased for my husband did not fit him the way he likes. I spoke to someone about a refund weeks ago. He said the refund would be processed. I have not heard anything yet. Unlike other companies, the communication from Bicycle Booth is very POOR!

Great quality and awesome customer support
Their customer support is outstanding! Christopher Trinidad did an awesome job making sure that I get the correct replacement of the item that was sent to me with the wrong size and design and did not stop until it was completed. Their jerseys are of very high quality and compared to the more expensive ones out there at only half the price. Will order again soon.

Don’t ever answer the phone
Tell people they can only return the product to Canada so the shipping would be too costly to send it back
Don’t allow UPS or Fed ex – only allow USPS and make them send it to a PO Box
Never pick up the items at PO box – try to drag it out over 60 days
Don’t refund the money
