If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would!! Beyond disappointed with this company. My first time ordering from them and it said my payment was pending. So I emailed them asking what that means. This was on Wednesday. It’s now Saturday and haven’t heard anything. So I sent a message through Facebook and they said we’ll email you once we receive your email. The payment was taken out of my account with no update on a tracking number or when my item will arrive!!! Will never order from this place again!!!! And not to mention I spent a lot of money on the diamond dotz!!!

I have used Biganydeals many times, service and good are excellent. Reasonable prices also. Highly recommend.

I ordered 7 diamond art kits and 1 roller. They all arrived within 12 days, I did get a bit worried when they emailed after 7 days stating my order had been delivered, and took 2 days to reply to my email to them about it,,,,,,,,, but they sent the tracking order and I was able to track it. So far everything looks in order, and Ive already finished one of my kits. Thank you BigAnyDeals for your response and Im sure I will be reodering in the future!

I am very pleased with all your products snd services. It took a lil while to get the correct beads for my lil Bulldog but they did come and I am very happy.

I have made several orders with this company. The product is very good. Has a large array of canvases to choose from. But best of all have never failed to answer any questions I have had.

This is the first time I bought from this company. I ordered 5 dps and they arrived in reasonable time frame. Very pleased. I opened them up to check that the numbered drills are all there. Everything ok.

I purchased the horse but jnfortunately lost one pack of the crystals (Number 223) and no 2 on the list. I just cannot find anywhere to order that number. An email got sent back, jf I cant get the crystals will be unable to do the picture. Can you help. If there is no way of getting these crystals I shall therefore buy anything again. Thank you. I was very impressed in the short time it took to get any answer to my questions from y'all. I recieved help in knowing what size I should order on a picture I want customed made which was a lot of help to me. Thank you for your assistance and quick response.

I order about a month ago tools to used for dots and have never received them at all. I like a response asap.Mary I am not a happy camper
