I ordered some of their products about a month ago and haven’t received them and no one will answer me,I’ve ordered from other companies and got them back in few days ,I am so disappointed!!!

Communication was great! Received the order quickly and kits look great. Such a great selection to choose from!

The products are exceptional!!!!!! Well packed for shipping. You have questions and send email, they do answer asap!!!! Its a tad slow with shipping being its out of the country but they are 100%!!!!!! I was sceptical at first but I just ordered a second batch and can't wait to receive them!!!!!!

I have ordered 3 times from BigAnyDeals and have not had one problem with any of the orders. If I have questions I email them and have an answer the next day. All of my diamond painting projects have turned out great and I have given many projects away as gifts and everyone was very impressed. I will continue to order my projects here as there is a great variety and the prices are fair.

I ordered 4 Christmas wreaths with 1 for free. First off, the order screen was not clear where to order the free kit. Because I didn't see it, I didn't get a free one even though I immediately contacted the company to let them know. Second - these are NOT wreaths, they are PICTURES of wreaths. Third - the diamonds are very very poor quality. DO NOT order from this company - not only is the quality of their product horrible, they care NOTHING for their customers. There are plenty of other companies out there (i.e. Amazon, etc,) that care about their customers. I contacted this company 9 different times and they refused to help at all.

I received my order of 9/7/22 last week and I ordered
15 items and only received 14. the snowman was
missing. Could you please send it and email me a

When I didn’t receive my diamond art when I was suppose to you soon checked and made sure it was delivered soon

My last order only took 13 days from time I ordered to the time I got this time it took 24 days and I must say I am very disappointed and I do not think that I will be ordering anything else.

I ordered from them, they took my money. 2 weeks later got an email saying thank you for your orde and that it has been delivered. I'm still waiting. No response as of yet. emailed them many times. They won't respond. I'm very disappointed in the service.

I have ordered from this company several times and the paintings have been amazing. I've also ordered 3 custom ones and they turned out beautifully! I have just recently order 5 more custom ones for Christmas presents! So far I've been impressed with the costs and shipping hasn't been too bad!
