Jw how the pens that hold lots of beads flip them over so u can put them in the picture properly or do they come out upside down?

Received 3 diamond arts and 2 of 3 pics had duplicate colors for different numbers. Company reply was do it anyway. Had me jumping through hoops sending photos only to do nothing. Dont buy from this company.

Ordered a custom picture February 2 and still don't have it.Its a picture of of a couple that are getting married April 1st need it cause it's a gift for wedding dont know why it's taking so long.😠Don't know who to call or write to see where it is

I have ordered many times from Biganydeals and I am satisfied with the results. My last order had problems with timing with Covid and the Chinese holiday plus an item being discontinued. I contacted customer service and have received numerous responses helping me deal with the situations. It always takes time to receive my order which I am accustomed to. My order arrived and the company has offered me a complimentary product and coupon as a thank you for my patience. Good customer service for me! I plan to continue my purchases with this company. This is such a scam so i did a review that i didn't not get packages or email of delivery 10min later email from them said they was so sorry and give me invoice so i send nomore response and now i cant log in to my account says my email dnt excest and blocked me from emails lol

The customer care worker got back to me really quickly as I wasn’t sure what happened to my order as it says about 2 weeks to deliver but it has been 4 weeks so I emailed them

I ordered Jan 13 and I still haven’t received my order… I don’t know how to contact the company. I want the product… but if I don’t receive it I will cancel payment.

I have done two of my five so far. They have come out nicely. I recommend this website for their prices are great. I received my kits in time and they are complete with all I needed to finish my pictures.

I ordered back in January and never got an email regarding my order. I had to repeatedly send emails and messages to find out where my order was. I've ordered from this company before and never had any problem.

What went wrong you said. I never received my diamond dotz (2). Sent three emails with NO response!!!! Wake up to yourselves. This is a scam!!! First time I have used these company. Lynn
