DON'T I repeat DON'T buy anything from this company ! On 6-7-23 I emailed them & told them "I need help, 1st time cross stitching, & had watched several youtube videos, but still could not figure out their symbols on their instruction sheet. What they did was IGNORE my specific questions such as " is #2 # 11 french knots on top of whole stitch? " and resend the exact same limited information sheet that was in the kit & from which I had generated my questions from. I replied that inadequate information sheet is why I needed my 4 questions answered. Their reply to that was "We already replied to you." This company made a business decision to sell their products in our market, BUT refuse to support it. There are plenty of other companies to buy from that do support their products.

I have always had good service and have uploaded 3 of my own photos and so far they have been very good. They always arrived so thats the service I like.

I ordered 6 different pictures they came very fast they look great I have finished 2 already and working on the 3rd. They are very nice canvas. I will be ordering more!

Biganydeals is one of my FAVORITE companies to purchase diamond dot paintings! Their kits are AWESOME....very AFFORDABLE, large VARIETY, and NO trash in the drills. So far, I have not found any problems with orders I have received. I HIGHLY recommend Biganydeals!

I ordered 40 diamond painting kits, and only received 20. I contacted them to see what had happened to the other 20, and was basically advised that all but 6 were in the box. I have disputed and I have not received the additional 20. I will never do business with this company again, and I highly recommend anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider. They do not keep their commitments.

I ordered the automatic bead machine and it doesn’t work. I spent $17.00 on 3 of them in purple. I’m so upset there not what u said they were.

Got my stuff. Took 11 days and I’m very happy with what I got. Had to trade one out and it was easy and painless to do that. Thank you very much!!

i have ordered from this company before no problems. i ordered some things last month and havent gotten it yet. ive tried to get a hold of the company and cant get anywhere.

Great service. I didn't receive the order the first time. Error in the mail. They then sent it again free of charge. Can only recommend this shop.
