Would order again!

Bought x2 banners online and emailed the design team the kind of design I was looking for. Within a couple hours I got an email back from Amy with their design.
Asked for them to add an extra detail which they done and issued back. No problem with getting in touch with them and done exactly what I wanted.
Confirmed the design and both banners arrived within 1 week. Quality of design and material is great, reasonable priced and speedy service.

Can't complain and will definitely use again.

A really friendly "can do" approach.

A really friendly, "can do" approach to my initial enquiry from a chap called Dec.
This led to my first order with them. The finished product was absolutely spot on.
With all the products they are able to produce, i will be back for more products.

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with. I ordered some window decals for my shop, and payed extra for ‘design team’. They’re incredibly slow at replying to emails, you’re lucky to get one response a day. The design team were not helpful at all, rather than make the necessary changes to my design like they should, they would just tell me that it wouldn’t work etc. I had to change the design myself (what I payed the design team for). After 2 weeks of incredibly slow communication we were no closer to ordering so I gave up and asked for a refund. Nearly 2 weeks later now I still haven’t received a refund. I ended up using another company and after 30 minutes of communication my order was complete (something this company couldn’t do after 2 weeks). I’d avoid this company and go with someone else.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with the service we provided. I can see we had sent over a proof within 4 hours of your order being placed, and then a number of proofs following on from changes requested by yourself in the next few days. I can see there was some discussion and changes in the material and the orientation requested, I do sincerely apologise for these causing a delay, as there may have been some miscommunication when originally quoting the order, which then confused matters during the proofing stages.

I regret that we could not resolve the issues as quickly as you would have liked; at busier periods, changes to orders can sometimes result in a delay. However we always include reproofs and amendments at no extra cost and would have been happy to do so on this occasion.

When you expressed your dissatisfaction, we did process a refund for you immediately, this was on the 26th of March. All of our refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed, however I've confirmed with our accounts team this morning that the funds have been received.

We pride ourselves on our efficiency and Customer Service, so we can offer a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill on any new order. If there is anything more we can help with please just let us know.

Superb paper and print quality

We had some A1 and A2 posters printed. Very pleased with the quality. Big Art and Banners customer service was superb and the posters arrived very quickly 10 out of 10 😊

Great company to deal with. They designed my roadside signs for me, offered 2 choices on design. Good communication. Product ideal for what I need. Delivery quick and packaged well. I recommend this company.

Big Art & Banners for my wedding

Used Big Art & Banners for my wedding I needed a welcome sign and some smaller signs for the tables. I’m so pleased with what I received the signs are exactly what I wanted and look top quality.
I would definitely recommend them!!

Easy to order

Easy to order. Able to have 7 different pages for the same price as 7 copies of one page. Arrived quicker than I expected and was incredibly well packed.

Couldn't be better!

Recently ordered a pair of feather flag banners with our brand’s logo and I can’t explain how pleased we are with the result.

The communication was unmatched, production and delivery was speedy, and most importantly the product quality is just fantastic.

The detail of the print is outstanding. Even better than things I’ve had produced by big companies like vista print.

Solving issues and meeting deadlines

I sent BA&B a big order of prints. A technical issue ensued with downloading the files. The team bent over backwards to make sure I received the order well in time. Thank you - and the quality of the Foamex prints is excellent!

I ordered easy to remove vinyls for an…

I ordered easy to remove vinyls for an exhibition stand. The quality of the print looked great, however they were incredibly hard to install on what was super smooth walls of the stand. Impossible to get the air bubbles out and the vinyl puckered as we gently tried to smooth them out. They didn't look great when up. I wish I had left the backing on and installed with double sided tape or velcro like I saw other stands using. That would also mean we could have reused for another show.

Thank you for your feedback, I am glad to hear you like the quality of the prints! Sorry to hear you had trouble installing the graphics. When installing on a dry wall it can be tricky to remove air bubbles as once the adhesive side is on the wall it will be stuck down. We do offer an installation service or feel free to give us a call for some advice before installing any future orders.

We also offer another material with a velcro backing which is more suitable for exhibitions as wall vinyl is made for more for perminant installation. Feel free to contact us before placing your next order and we would be more than happy to advise you!

Terrible Customer Service

I've used Big Art and Banners for years and the Customer Service has always been fairly good.

Sadly L**** (from Customer Service) can be exceptionally difficult to deal with. My order was placed on hold for 2 days. Instead of owning up to the error I was constantly told it was my fault.

Big Art and Banners needed confirmation on the type of vinyl I required, I gave the confirmation immediately, the payment increased as a result, so I paid that immediately. When I enquired as to when my order was to be dispatched I was sent a proof, I confirmed the proof immediately. I emailed again asking for confirmation on a delivery date and was told unless I paid for priority delivery the order would come 2 days late.

I questioned this and it transpired the order had been put on hold and the reason cited was because they were waiting for me to confirm the proof, however everything had been confirmed immediately from my end. Had I never emailed about the delivery date I think my order might've stayed on hold indefinitely.

It's frustrating. I'm a non-profit and the signage was for a small artists launch.

I don't have the extra funds to pay for Big Art and Banners mistake but even if I did, the way it was dealt with has meant that sadly I won't return to make any future orders. I've sent many contacts to Big Art and Banners in the past but going forward I will stick with a different company.

I've seen many reviews here confirming similar issues. I have no doubt the response will be another attempt to blame (me) the customer. I wish I could share the emails here. It's been extremely unprofessional.

To make matters worse when I finally agreed to pay for the delivery the order was dispatched to the wrong address.

Edit: A***** had asked if I would take down my review in exchange for a postage refund, which I intended to do today. After reading this response I feel I shouldn’t remove my review.

The reply to my review doesn’t reflect what happened accurately. I ordered a contour cut item originally so was aware of the turnaround time. I believe a genuine mistake occurred which meant my order was placed on hold accidentally, frustratingly instead of apologising for the delay I got stuck in a back and forth email chain where I was told conflicting things consistently and now the situation has escalated to a misinterpretation of what actually happened. I've removed the names of Staff as Big Art and Banners has said it can harm their reputation and that isn't my intention. My intention is simply to warn other people to be careful when ordering. Order with plenty of time and try not to make any minor changes (even if it's within 10 mins of placing the order)

Thank you for your feedback, I am so very sorry you have been unhappy with the service we provided.

I can see your order was placed on hold as what you had ordered would not have been suitable once printed (clear vinyl with a semi transparent print and a very light shade of pink text). It was placed on hold as we advised you to change the order for a better result, which you wanted. When the payment cleared the following day you were advised the order was changed and was being set up as it was a contour cut item and required a cut path, we advised we will confirm when the order is ready to go to production.

I can appreciate your frustration with the delays that are not your fault however they are due to awaiting payment and artwork to be set up which are unavoidable. When the order was ready to go into production you then advised of the urgency in which we offered a faster production time to you. Contour cut items are a 3 day turnaround or 2 if the order is a priority, given the circumstances we put you on a 2 day turnaround at no extra cost. As you then wanted a faster same day dispatch we offered to do this if a priority fee was paid which is more than fair given that the actual priority turnaround should be 2 days and not 1.

There was a system error where your delivery address reverted back but I can see we rectified this issue within 10 minutes of being aware so the item was dispatched to the correct address.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the service provided, however we did our best to advise you appropriately and also work to get the order to you as fast as possible.
