I've used Big Art and Banners for years and the Customer Service has always been fairly good.
Sadly L**** (from Customer Service) can be exceptionally difficult to deal with. My order was placed on hold for 2 days. Instead of owning up to the error I was constantly told it was my fault.
Big Art and Banners needed confirmation on the type of vinyl I required, I gave the confirmation immediately, the payment increased as a result, so I paid that immediately. When I enquired as to when my order was to be dispatched I was sent a proof, I confirmed the proof immediately. I emailed again asking for confirmation on a delivery date and was told unless I paid for priority delivery the order would come 2 days late.
I questioned this and it transpired the order had been put on hold and the reason cited was because they were waiting for me to confirm the proof, however everything had been confirmed immediately from my end. Had I never emailed about the delivery date I think my order might've stayed on hold indefinitely.
It's frustrating. I'm a non-profit and the signage was for a small artists launch.
I don't have the extra funds to pay for Big Art and Banners mistake but even if I did, the way it was dealt with has meant that sadly I won't return to make any future orders. I've sent many contacts to Big Art and Banners in the past but going forward I will stick with a different company.
I've seen many reviews here confirming similar issues. I have no doubt the response will be another attempt to blame (me) the customer. I wish I could share the emails here. It's been extremely unprofessional.
To make matters worse when I finally agreed to pay for the delivery the order was dispatched to the wrong address.
Edit: A***** had asked if I would take down my review in exchange for a postage refund, which I intended to do today. After reading this response I feel I shouldn’t remove my review.
The reply to my review doesn’t reflect what happened accurately. I ordered a contour cut item originally so was aware of the turnaround time. I believe a genuine mistake occurred which meant my order was placed on hold accidentally, frustratingly instead of apologising for the delay I got stuck in a back and forth email chain where I was told conflicting things consistently and now the situation has escalated to a misinterpretation of what actually happened. I've removed the names of Staff as Big Art and Banners has said it can harm their reputation and that isn't my intention. My intention is simply to warn other people to be careful when ordering. Order with plenty of time and try not to make any minor changes (even if it's within 10 mins of placing the order)

Customer Service is pretty poor. Laura was pleasant over the phone but despite continuous errors from the shipping team it took me 5 months to receive a refund on an item that never arrived. They refuse to accept responsibility for delayed parcels, even though they are in a business that is all about marketing materials and therefore time sensitive. We have a 24hr concierge so it was definitely not on us that the delivery didn't happen. They then resent it later after I had requested a refund and they sent a comically large cheque for £5. So I'm guessing the bingo hall also didn't get their order! After all this we asked for a goodwill gesture on our next order and they suggested that "we put the refund towards the cost". As if the refund was a gift and not our legal entitlement. 1/5 for customer service but most of the prints we receive are ok and they are cheaper than London based firms so unfortunately they have a the market to themselves.

Great product and service from Big Art & Banners. I needed a double sided vinyl banner made for my market stall and they did it perfectly and shipped it so quickly. Very pleased. Cannot recommend them enough!

An ignorant lady from the customer center has delayed our delivery, was supposed to arrive on Friday but they were horrible on production hence delayed to the week afterwards, we urgently needed the banners on Saturday hence we asked whether it’s possible to fix their own mistakes, the lady then attempted to charge us £120 for delivery which we negotiated to £60. They have then put down a faulty address which caused delayed delivery and we have failed to receive our banners on Friday at the end.
As a result, we were not able to open on Saturday and Sunday, resulting in a total loss of £3407.81.
They should feel ashamed to be called Big Art, seriously horrible.

Have ordered a few times and one of our orders got missed. However, they were brilliant and sorted everything I needed in time for our show. Can't fault their customer service and the products are good quality. Would definitely recommend.
Arrived band / damaged due to poor packaging. Logo was clear and looked good but the black background has lines running down it where the ink was either running out or needed a print head clean cycle. Doesn’t look professional and won’t be going up, so waste of money.

An excellent example of HOW NOT to do Customer Service
I Placed an order on 28/12/22, They confirmed a PART Refund was due of £10+vat on 04/01/23
After hearing nothing, I contacted them again on 12/02/23
The response was:
Hi,
I have chased this with our accounts department and will send over your credit memo once this has been processed.
Kind regards,
Today is 23/02/23 - and I've heard NOTHING.
I get the feeling they are only really interested in bigger companies. FIRST AND LAST Order with these guys - Avoid if you can.
Update: After submitting (what I thought was a public review) this refund has now been processed on 24/02/23.

I had a lovely person named Laura help me with my enquiry and order placement via email on Monday (07/11/22). Laura was so helpful and quick to respond and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, which arrived today (10/11/22). It is a custom size poster for personal use in my room, the quality is amazing and it looks fantastic. If I ever wanted something like this again I would absolutely use big art and banners again. I've spent in well excess of £1,000 on various jobs with Bigartandbanners over the last couple of months. I've been generally happy up until today when I paid for a new order and they insisted on charging me an extra £10 to do the slightest alteration on some duplicate artwork from a previous job. I explained to Laura that because of this, it would be the last order I would be placing with them. Her response was pretty much, 'I couldn't care less'.
It's not a problem as there are plenty of other companies out there providing the same products.
As a business owner myself, I would have swallowed the £10 to retain a customer.
UPDATE 16/06/2020. I received a call from Andrew the Sales Director who refunded the £10 promptly and apologised. He accepted that it could have been handled better. As I have been happy with their products and service previously, I will now continue to use them.
I had a issue and some one from their team call me and sort it out, I appreciate it that is a very good customer service. I will keep ordering from you again.

We recently ordered an 18 piece window vinyl from Bigartandbanners and each piece was cut to the exact measurement required which made the installation a breeze. Great company all round!
We needed a dozen PowerPoint charts made into A3 boards. What we didn't know was that the charts were not quite in proportion for the A3 shape - company were really helpful in resolving this. Good prices too, and reliable delivery
