Our recessed shower head split after 13 months and resulted in water spraying on the ceiling. The shower head had a manufacturers guarantee of 10 years. I recorded a video, emailed customer services and within 2 hours of the team starting their day Monday morning I received confirmation of a replacement being sent. Arrived Weds and fitted.

The most important metric is how well a company handles things when they go wrong. Big Bathroom Shop exceeded my expectations, thank you Lisa

Spoke with Kelly regarding getting some replacement parts and massively helped me out. Very good and quick service anytime i have had to contact them.

Excellent company with fantastic customer service. Products are lovely and when I reached out to the team via WhatsApp I was always helped promptly and efficiently, waiting a very short time for a response. Amelia helped with my query and it was sorted within minutes, I wish more companies could offer such a great service.

I haven't opened up the shower: the delivery process was excellent. Furdeco the courier company were one of the best I've seen.

We are running on a tight time frame: the shower is used by someone elderly and disabled and I want to minimise the disruption to her life.

We mistakenly ordered the wrong size mirano shower. The right one is the same price. Despite the best efforts of the lovely woman working for TBBS and my email explaining the problem they will not do exchanges. They suggest returning the shower. Getting a refund and buying a new one.

This means spending over £1000, which I don't have.
When I suggested that it would make much more sense to use the couriers to pick up this shower when they deliver the replacement, that was impossible.

I explained that we need the shower: there are elderly people in the house who rely on the shower. Having it out of action for five days whilst it's replaced is already very inconvenient. We can't add an extra five days on.

Their policy is not to do exchanges.
This is the risk of online purchasing, but it's still really frustrating.

Yet again I am dismayed at the ways that customer service now revolves around maximising company profit. Not recognising that paying over £500 for a shower is a big deal. That's a lot of money.

It's depressing how normalised this inflexible and inhumane service is.

First order from this company and would recommended. Tilly dealt with my query quickly , goods received quickly and well packaged for transit. Will use again

I had a bit of a tricky request - looking for a panel for an unknown bath - and Stephanie was specularly helpful. Not only did she help confirm which panel it was she followed up on every stage of the order and wonderfully it fitted perfectly. I cannot say enough about how helpful and easy this whole process was. From customer service to delivery all was spot on!

Having bought these before I had no doubts that they would do the job for another bathroom. Good quality product at a reasonable price. Package comes will all that you need, with clear instructions.

I was looking for a specific shower tray and enclosure, I started a live chat with Lisa H and Lisa soon sorted out the things I wanted and even put into my basket ready, Lisa H was very polite and very helpful. I cannot fault her in any way.

Compared to some on line retailers, your tops of the league, from the start fast easy to order and find what you want, and could not believe how fast the delivery was, and not paying some stupidly price for it thank you so much and sorry product quality well done

My first order was received the following day as expected and was great. Unfortunately the part I bought had a fault but was replaced immediately without any quibbles and I am now open running.

Very helpful and understabding

The customer services were great. Especially Karen. We had noticed a missing item after delivery was made. Karen dealt with our issue and resolved the matter by sending us a replacement very quickly. We also had a problem with what time the delivery should have been delivered, specified an Am delivery but we were told the delivery drivers were running late. This customer service agent was also great. The agent kept us on the phone and spoke to delivery drivers and informed them we needed the delivery ASAP because of builders waiting. The delivery was made early afternoon before builders left. We also received a refund for the morning delivery fee. Great communication, Great customer Service. Outstanding. Thank you Karen and colleagues. Much appreciated.

We had an issue with a push button basin waste arriving tarnished which I straight away contected The Big Bathroom Shop about.
Karen from their customer service team came back within 24 hours and resolved the issue straight away. It's made our experience with the company and very positive one, therefore would use them again & recommend to others.

Good all round, apart from late delivery,but they refunded money.
Will use again. Product very good.

Even at the price point, our vanity unit was very very poor quality. Ill fitting panels, unusably bad hinges and some panels that just don’t attach in any sensible way. The finish is horrible . Over all, very cheap looking and much modification required. Even then still unhappy with the result. Would be a one star review but I have considered the price.
