Fantastic products and quick delivery , smells brilliant.! Definitely 5 star

Purchased the unscented set after reading good reviews. Wasn't that impressed overall. The conditioner isn't very effective, the beard balm and butter are rock hard. The oil and beard buff are ok though. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately. Will stick with Gnarly Joe products in future.

Well, where to start. Firstly, the design is excellent.
Secondly, the customer service and delivery was also excellent.
More importantly, the products are absolutely gorgeous and made my partner super happy and smelling fit as.
So I bought some more. Especially when the bundle offer was such a good deal.
Worth every penny.

I ordered from Big Foot due to a recommendation from a friend of mine. I ordered the Coconut and Vanilla oil as it smelt amazing! The package arrived promptly but unfortunately I received Unscented Beard Growth Serum. I emailed and did not hear anything back. So I emailed a second time and still no comeback........ until I received a notification from Royal Mail saying a parcel was on its way.

The parcel turned up and it was the oil I wanted. There was no request for the serum or roller to be returned.

I thought what a great company as the serum is around £20 and it includes the roller which I will now incorporate to my beard routine.

I would give 5 stars but due to lack of communication I scored 4.

All in all great company, fantastic oils but communication needs to be improved.

Ordered the Lemongrass wash and conditioner for my husband, as he has several oils and Lemongrass is his favourite. The wash lavers well and smells nice but the conditioner burnt his face on application, leaving a very red rash.

Products smell great, a really wide range of fragrances that last all day.
There is also a wide range of products to use on your beard, so finding something that fits your needs is not going to be an issue.
Once you get addicted you can buy some merchandise, let everyone know your tastes with a t-shirt rocking their rather cool logo......

Bought this as a Christmas present and was a bit disappointed as they just come in a cardboard postal box and not the nice black box pictured on the site. So be aware of that if you are ordering as a present but I’m sure the products will be great!

Placed an order on 28th November which eventually arrived on 6th December even though they advertise next day despatch.
I received 2 different reasons for the delay.
When package arrived the box was damaged and items inside broken.
I realise the company has no control over what happens in transit but they have not acknowledged any emails I have sent on 7th or 10th December.
Now I need to purchase a new Christmas gift.
First time I have used this company and it will certainly be the last.

Doesn’t answer emails, placed an order on 27th November, received no process email, no email of dispatch etc!!

Sent out 2 emails to see where my order is still waiting for a response and the whereabouts of my order! Quite a letdown

The oil and The fluff coconut-vanilla was amazing. Love how it smells and good it feels to my beard and skin🔥

Everything arrived promptly, the beard butter was good, and the moustache wax is the best I have found so far.
