A great online shop with a huge range of quality laces of all types, lengths and colours. I ordered a pair of white trainer laces and they were despatched the same day. The price was good and postal delivery very speedy.

Happy Laces
Needed a pair of laces to replace the old ones in my shoes. Big Laces had the exact size and the thickness I was looking for. They are a perfect fit, great colour, and very well made. I'm very happy with these.

I am very disappointed with this order.
The black laces arrived without any packaging band and were just thrown together in a tangled bundle, which strongly suggests they were not supplied as new. The wax coating is deteriorated and flaking off, making them look grey rather than black.
The blue laces arrived in better condition packaging-wise, but they are not waxed at all, despite being described or expected as such. They are simply plain cotton laces.
Overall, the products do not match what was advertised or reasonably expected in terms of quality or presentation. I will not be buying from this seller again.

The laces are strong and good quality.
The laces are very strong and the colour was toffee as described, fitted perfectly with my boots. The delivery took longer than expected, but was probably due to Royal Mail.
