Laces were slightly shorter than advertised so I could not use them

Where else can you go, look at every possible permutation of shoe lace: size, shape, colour etc. pick out all you want with a simple ordering process and then have them drop through your letterbox a couple of days later?

I have been using them for about 10 years now, from when I got totally fed up trying to find suitable and distinctive laces for my running shoes, and the service in every single aspect has always been outstanding.

I was looking for replacement laces for a pair of Salomon rollerblades where the shape and thickness was critical as there's a locking mechanism for the laces. The laces arrived quickly, cheaply, and were exactly as described and perfect for my needs. I'll be very happy to use Big Laces again in the future.

Absolutely bang on. New laces arrived within a couple of days and I can now use my walking boots again, I’d go as far as to say that they’re better quality than the original manufacturer laces. They’re most certainly thicker and feel more robust.

Its getting more difficult to find this sort of thing on the High Street. These laces were a very reasonable price, arrived promptly, are good quality and are perfect for the walking boots and trainers I needed new laces for.
