I wanted a Tesla Model Y and these guys have got about the best selection going (Bluebell Hill). The buying experience was hassle free, once I chose a car they brought that and another one over so I could compare the two. Having selected the car I wanted to buy there is an attempt at selling some extra warranty but I didn't think this was oppressive or over the top. I had a trade in and I thought the offer was reasonable. I could possibly have got more selling by other methods but opted for the hassle free approach, plus it meant I could drive the car away on the day.
There were a couple of minor service items outstanding which they agreed to fund. They were ok me getting quotes for this myself and once the work was done I was refunded promptly.
Overall I was impressed by how slick and organised the operation is, the wide stock selection and the keen pricing. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the vehicle on Friday, 17/04/2026. On the same day, I identified a fault—juddering and vibration from the rear when turning at low speeds. Tyre pressures have been checked and are normal, indicating a more serious mechanical issue, potentially related to the differential.
This is the second vehicle I have received from you within the same month that has developed faults immediately after purchase, which is unacceptable.
I will be reporting this to your after-sales team and expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution under warranty. Failing this, I will proceed with formal legal action without further notice.

Very pleased with the car I bought. An unusual experience buying from a car 'supermarket' as I've never done it before always a main dealer. I went prepared for the pushy sales tactics and refused all extra add on products and just bought the car outright. I didn't feel overly pressured. Plenty of tea and coffee on tap. You need to allow 3 to 4 hours to complete a transaction including a test drive and trade in. I think the headline for me is "it is what it is". I got the car I needed at the right price. Did it feel like a special car buying experience? No. Does that matter? Probably not.

I purchased a car from these guys where I was told I can drive the car away on the Friday I purchased it but I inspected the car to find one of the tyres was bold and Fairplay to them they said they would change this so I couldn’t pick the car up till Tuesday when I went back on Tuesday. We noticed large number of scratches on the boot where we was told by collections that if we was to call them up, they would sort this out but I heard nothing back from them. Then I called the after sales team who confirmed the scratches had happened during preparation of the vehicle that I had to raise a complaint and they would also fix it today. I’ve received an email saying their cars are sold on a sold as seen basis and the problem now lies with me. These guys will do anything to get you out the door and get your money. I would avoid at all costs I will be making a YouTube video so if you search YouTube in a few days big motor and world scammers will be the title you will be able to watch the video where I will attach all the emails they sent all the pictures I have and how rude they can be in their emails at blaming me for thoughts on a car I’ve had for two days. They also service my car and I now have a light saying your car has too much oil in pull over immediately. I will put all of this in my video too. Please do not use these guys cause once they’ve got your money they do not care about you in any way shape or form they are there for one reason and one reason only to get as much money out of you as possible and then fob you off with an after sales team that does absolutely nothing once I have uploaded my video to YouTube and TikTok I will do another review adding the link in. The only one decent guy I dealt with there was Barry the salesman who was very honest and straight from the word go so big shout out to Barry but everyone else what an absolute waste of time.

Had a great experience buying a car from Big Motoring World. Holly in the transfer team was a lovely - so helpful and left a really good impression of the place. Two thumbs up from me.

Cars used to be good, but not anymore. I don’t believe the “200-point checks” are carried out properly, as the quality no longer reflects that standard.

Flashy waiting room, but that's it.
1. Cars are in poor condition. We viewed 5 and none was detailed or cleaned inside and some had limescale marks. The Tesla we booked which looked great in photos was filthy. most of carpeting covered in a sticky substrance and soft carpet fluff felt was gone (it felt like it was wire brushed). Both sides had plenty of scrapes and someone tried to buff it, so there were plenty of swirl marks (scrapes remained). Someone was viewing a BMW next to us which stunk of cheap cigarettes so bad, we could smell it in our car. Potential buyers were furious as this was not disclosed and the smell lingered around so it's not a matter of a simple valet. We viewed 4 Teslas that day and all were uncleaned with smell of cigarettes and stains on roof lining. This is not the cheapest place but cars are definitely in the worst condition.
2. You will wait forever for everything. Every simple task takes 20 minutes. I don't know if that's to wear your patience to buy extras, as there were plenty of staff and the only thing that was done quickly were milk shakes.
3. You will be pushed to buy extras. Constant nagging to take warranty, upholstery, wheel and paint insurance. These are very expensive and add nearly £4k to the value which you will be presented included in the cost of the car (£28k instead of £4k on top of a car price of £24k). I guess this is to increase the value of financing which they also push hard to sell. The assistant was very polite but constantly reminded us about those extras asking what's our priority when we refused to buy.
4. They lost interest when we didn't take extras, so suddenly the collection in 4 days was not possible and we had to collect in 3.
5. Only a 30 day guarantee for engine which is illegal. Statutory 30 days to reject a car and 6 months for pre existing faults under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, hence why they push warranty insurance so hard.
6. The MOT is only extended if it's below 3 months, so we would be buying a car with only 5 months of MOT. I asked for this to be included even at an extra cost, but was refused which made me doubt the condition of the car. The manager assured us that their 600 point check is more thorough, but could not answer why they can't do an MOT instead. Obviously anything the car will fail in 5 months will be the owner's problem. Other reviews prove that any claims are impossible to process so I'm glad we didn't buy the car there.
This was the final straw to pull from that purchase. We later drove 120 miles north to a similar outlet where sales office is not as flashy, but cars are priced even more reasonably and every single one was valeted and in great condition.

A very smooth process from initial enquiry to purchase and driving away with the new vehicle on the day. Great price for a low mileage luxury EV - very happy.

Good selection of cars, website made it very easy to browse and select but felt the onsite sales was a bit pushy to get you to select and buy a car when you walk in. Didn't seem very knowledgeable about the cars but was pushing to put down a £500 non-refundable deposit to secure a car even though website offers £99 refundable fees to secure a car. When I asked to show the car, I was told to find it myself from the array of 100s of cars parked in the lot. Other than that was an ok experience dealing with the rest of the team.

Purchased a 1 series back on the 17:03.26. Within 6 x days engine management light came on. Went through the booking system got fobbed of numerous times, got told by an advisor that because i keep calling / messaging im being pushed to the back of the queue. Got the car eventually booked in then came an email saying it’s cancelled and needs to go to a specialist even though the problem remains undiagnosed. Still I await to hear when it will be going on in for the fault to be diagnosed.
Absolutely shocking service, avoid this dealer, would NOT recommend, I will be reporting them to the motor ombudsman.
If I could give them a minus star I would.

REFUSED TO SELL CAR.. question was, salesman new this information but proceeded with finance.. basically gave my daughter false hope.. not on.. if your expecting a deal this is NOT the place to go.. they will not budge on a sent n some vehicles over market value.. car was 13,700 but insurance quotes valued car at 9,750! I only have the car for a few days. At the same time, I love the car. The experience of buying it wasnt that pleasant. The sales guy was fine; it's the insistence on additional items they wanted to sell, and the change of tone from making it an enjoyable experience to saying to myself, 'if it's not sorted within the next 20 mins, I im prepared to leave.' At the same time, I was happy to take the info away and take time to read and decide that wasnt allowed. I had to do it there and then. Even when I highlighted that I have a family member who would do the maintenance and has done so for every other motor I've owned, they decided to send the manager over to try talk me around and then to push the narrative that my family member wouldn't want me give him work. I won't be buying another car from them.
