Never got a link to leave a review but would like to say thank you for your very quick delivery and a great product.
The only benefit to being short in height is legroom on economy flights and some bargains in clothing as there’s not many my size. Really good value for such a great product.

I’ve been buying my Watersports kit from Big O for years and each experience with them has been nothing but fantastic!!
The time and care they give their customers with sizing and product advice over the phone is a lovely touch! Would’t go anywhere else as their prices are great and the quality of all their products especially their own brand Matai range is top tier!! Don’t walk… run to their website! ❤️

I purchased a Neptune wetsuit and am so impressed by quality and price, sizing is bang on and for under £50 for a full suit you cant beat it very nice and stretchy suit.

Amazing local Cornish business. Unbelievable customer service. We bought two Gul wetsuits - amazing quality and excellent price. Extremely happy. Lynn and the guys went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate their efforts. Would give 10 stars if I could. I really can't emphasis enough how amazing these guys have been with us.

Not only was their supply of a Gul wetsuit efficient efficiently handled, but Big Orange Watersports really came up trumps when, after the suit had been worn (and, in fact, scuffed), we found the zip was faulty - a fault they couldn't see themselves at first when the suit was returned, but were able to find when I emailed them a close-up photo ... result: full refund. I'll certainly use them again and I heartily recommend them for their customer service.

Used these people a couple of times and been very happy. With wet suits there is always a fitting challenge so it’s important that delivery is quick, exchanges or refunds are quick and simple, so you can end up with an optimum fit. These people tick those boxes so i would recommed them.

Used these guys a couple of times. For the products I wanted they were the cheapest. Their response to emails was quick and helpful and delivery was prompt and speedy. So from my personal experience I would recommend this company BUT it's not hard to reply to an email and put something in the post (although first impressions mean a lot to me), you generally only find out a company's worth when something goes wrong and how said company deals with these issues. That to me sorts the good companies from the bad companies. As nothing has gone wrong (which is great) I'm unable to comment on their handling of any issues and unable to comment on the returns process but would hope it's as good as the service I've received so far.

I have purchased many items from Big Orange Water Sports. Providing you are before the shipment deadline it is always sent that day. They are very helpful if you phone them especially with sizing questions on wet suits.
On occasion I have been in urgent need of something due to a competition or coaching award and they have always gone the extra mile to help.

Extremely happy with this company. I rang them for advice on work dive gloves for daughters tiny hands. Really helpful. The lady was going into plymouth (where daughter lives) and met with my daughter with some pairs for her to try on, and gave her a small discount. Now that is service! Well done, would definitely use again

Refused to acknowledge my rights under Consumer Rights Act when raised issue with water shoes that caused pain for me and my wife ordering our usual size shoes. If customer service dealing with issues is important to you then suggest you steer clear. The cheapest price is not always the best route!

I LOVE this company and I would never go anywhere else now for my surfing and sailing gear. Their pricing is spot on, their customer service is excellent, both on the telephone and by email. I have never had to return an item because it didn't fit, because they take the time to give advice and know their products inside out. I just can't fault them!

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to Vin for all her help on the phone when placing my order. Guided me on sizing to make sure it fit well and now he is all suited and booted, it is perfect! Not too short in the leg either like we thought it might be and there is even a little room for growth without being too baggy where it matters. Very comfy, flexible and warm and doesn't pinch or hurt in any of the vital places. Velcro on the bottom of the legs is a bonus and the extra thickness on the body is obvious. You guys rock! One happy boy ready for holidays and one happy mumma!

These guys are brilliant. They have a great selection of kit and usually can't be beaten on price. I return each season and first came across them when a friend at my sailing club recommended them. Unlike a lot of online companies they offer advice on the phone before you buy and they are extremely helpful. They dispatch same day whenever possible. Fantastic Company - thanks guys.

I have been buying my watersports kit from these guys for the last 5 years. They have always come up with the goods. Not just quality products, but first class customer service. There is always someone at the end of the line to give practical advice . They use there own kit, so can give first hand info.
