Terrible Experience with BigRock – Unethical Auto-Renewal & No Refund Policy
I had one of the worst experiences with BigRock hosting services. I had purchased a hosting plan that was clearly set to expire on 24th July 2025, but shockingly, BigRock auto-renewed the plan an entire month early, on 23rd June 2025, without any consent or notification. They directly debited the amount from my card without my approval.
The worst part? I do not even want their hosting service anymore, and when I reached out multiple times requesting a refund, their support team bluntly denied it every single time, saying “we can’t refund the amount.” This is completely unethical and unacceptable.
Their customer support is unhelpful and hides behind rigid policies instead of resolving customer issues with fairness. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed by how they handle billing and renewals.
BigRock has lost my trust permanently. I’ll never recommend their services to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—STAY AWAY from BigRock.
