BigRock’s customer support is extremely poor. They take a long time to respond, and when they finally do, the answers are not helpful at all. Instead of solving the issue, they provide generic replies that don’t resolve the problem. This is a very frustrating experience and not worth the hassle.

Not LiteSpeed, Not NVMe
Very unprofessional experience. I made multiple attempts to get answers to my questions, but they repeatedly refused to provide complete information. Many of my queries were skipped or left unanswered. Through my own research, I found that their servers use Linux hosting (not LiteSpeed) and SSD storage (not NVMe), which creates a noticeable server-level performance gap. If you only need budget hosting, they might be an option. However, if you’re looking for high-performance shared hosting, I strongly recommend doing your own research before making a decision.
