Bigrock is very third class service provider in India.and technical team is unprofessional. I m facing my issue last two days but not solve till date ..
BigRock’s customer support is extremely poor. They take a long time to respond, and when they finally do, the answers are not helpful at all. Instead of solving the issue, they provide generic replies that don’t resolve the problem. This is a very frustrating experience and not worth the hassle.

On shared multi website hosting, with out any Prior information they limit the processor hit count pcount to 25 which is very low when compared with the competitor .I dont have very high trafficking website but still there server went down .They say 99.99 % uptime but in reality you cant even work on your website ,while working or while demonstrating to your client the server will be down.Better go for a reliable hosting provider.

My last 3 support attempts were with 3 different support agents: Mukund, Prema and
Each of them were technically competent and brilliant. Mukund patiently guided me with the way I can use Python on BigRock.
Prema helped me with folders and how to enable Python.
Before tht someone helped me set up MySQL. Even that was so helpful.
All of them are techies, patient and extremely supportive

BigRock sold me a NVMe cPanel VPS for ₹26,026 on 5-Nov-2025 - but delivered a HDD (proof: cat /sys/block/sda/queue/rotational = 1).
Advertised: Lightning-fast NVMe
Delivered: HDD
Reality: 18–20 minutes to open a 3 KB file in cPanel
Paid extra ₹15,000+ for performance that doesn’t exist.
Misrepresentation. Breach of trust. Unfit for purpose.
Refund requested. Escalating to Consumer Court, NCH, & influencers if ignored.
Avoid BigRock. False advertising is not acceptable.

I had a highly disappointing experience with BigRock regarding my Multi Domain Linux Hosting (USA-TX) Pro plan for blockzencode.com (Order ID: 120750999). After purchasing the server, I requested a refund as advised by their support team and deleted the server from my account. Despite following their instructions, the server was not removed initially, and no refund was processed.
On August 15, 2025, I deleted the server again, yet no refund was credited even after weeks of waiting. When I contacted their support, I was told a bank note was generated and the refund was credited, but my bank statement showed no such transaction. Follow-up calls involved long wait times (30 minutes to an hour), and the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, I was informed that neither the refund nor the server restoration was possible due to their "policy."
This lack of transparency, failure to process the refund, and unhelpful customer service make me question BigRock’s reliability. It feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid their services to prevent similar experiences. Save your money and choose a more trustworthy hosting provider.

The person I worked with was very humble, very patient, and had a full understanding of the job. It was a great experience! And I don't give this kind of feedback to everyone.
Wish you all the best!

I have had a terrible experience with BigRock regarding my domain salimaclothing.com.
The domain expired on August 26, 2025. Immediately after, I tried to transfer the domain to another registrar, but due to delays, the client’s website and email went down. To resolve this, I decided to stay with BigRock and renewed the domain for 1 year, paying the full renewal fee.
Even after waiting more than 48 hours, the expiry date is still showing as August 26, 2025 instead of 2026. This means the renewal I paid for is not reflected, and my client’s business operations (email and website) remain down.
I contacted support multiple times via chat, but every time I get the same scripted response: “We have raised a high priority ticket, our senior team is working on it.” Unfortunately, there is no real progress or resolution, even after repeated follow-ups.
This has caused severe disruption to my client’s business and immense frustration. We paid high renewal fees expecting reliable service, but instead we are stuck with an inactive domain and endless delays.
BigRock needs to take responsibility, push the renewal update immediately, and stop giving false assurances through chat. Customers should not have to wait days after paying for renewal just to see their domain active.
I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and would not recommend BigRock to anyone who values reliability and timely support.
Update:
Customer ID: 23715976
Domain Affected: salimaclothing.com
I appreciate your quick reply here, but I am still facing the same issue — my domain renewal has not been updated, and my client’s email/website remain down.
I attempted to escalate as you requested by sending full details to your shared email, but both emails bounced back immediately with the error “no such email found.” This is very concerning, as you publicly asked me to contact an address that does not even exist.
All I am asking is very simple: I have paid for the 1-year renewal, yet the expiry date still shows August 26, 2025 instead of 2026. Please update the expiry date and restore DNS/email immediately.
I have already provided my customer ID and affected domain here, so I request that your technical team take ownership and resolve this issue directly without further delays.
This situation has already caused major disruption, and repeated delays from BigRock support are unacceptable. Please do the needful at the earliest.
Update 2:
Initially, I had a very frustrating experience with BigRock regarding my domain salimaclothing.com. The renewal was delayed, emails were bouncing, and support only gave repetitive scripted responses without resolution. This caused downtime and significant disruption to my client’s business.
However, after escalating, the BigRock team finally fixed the issue and even gave me a call to confirm. I appreciate that the problem was resolved and communication improved once it reached the right team.
I have updated my review to 4 stars because the domain issue was eventually solved. The reasons it’s not 5 stars are:
No outbound transfer approval – Unlike most modern registrars, BigRock does not allow manual approval of outbound transfers. This means transfers take the full 5–7 days, which can be frustrating.
Slow initial response – It took multiple follow-ups and days of downtime before the issue was properly fixed.
Overall, BigRock did resolve the problem and reached out personally, which I appreciate. But I hope they improve their processes to provide faster solutions and modern transfer features.

BigRock’s Premium DNS add-on is an absolute letdown and a frustrating experience for anyone managing a domain. I paid INR 1,820/- to enable a CAA record for my domain to migrate to Amazon’s SmartBiz platform, as BigRock’s default DNS lacks this basic feature. Their support team insisted the Premium DNS would solve this, so I reluctantly purchased it, expecting a seamless solution. Instead, I hit a wall trying to update DNS entries due to a “Resource record is already locked” error in their new interface. After hours of troubleshooting and waiting over 12 hours to rule out propagation issues, I contacted support again. They casually mentioned reverting to the old interface via a “REVERT TO OLD LOOK” link, which finally allowed updates. Why isn’t this fixed in the new system? It’s a glaring oversight for a supposedly premium service.
Once the DNS was updated, my website only worked with “www” and not the non-www version. I tried setting up domain forwarding to redirect properly, but Premium DNS disables this feature entirely. Support confirmed I’d lose the CAA record functionality if I dropped Premium DNS, trapping me in a lose-lose situation. This add-on doesn’t enhance—it cripples essential features. It’s like paying extra for an AC room only to find no bed inside. Worse, BigRock offers no refund for this useless add-on. I’m now considering switching providers due to these unacceptable limitations and poor service. Save your money and avoid BigRock’s Premium DNS; it’s a costly downgrade that fails to deliver.

I had a very disappointing experience with BigRock. One of my domains was suddenly frozen without any proper explanation or support. Despite repeated requests, they have not enabled it or provided clear guidance. This caused unnecessary delays and problems for my work.
If you are looking for reliable domain registration and hosting, I would strongly suggest considering other providers who offer better transparency and customer support.
