First time using Bigstub and wasn’t too sure about them. But it was a good experience and save us some money too. Ended up our tickets were Taranto Ticketmaster anyway. Will definitely use Bigstub again.

They Don't Have my Tickets
Bought tickets a few weeks ago to see Killers of Kill Tony in West Palm Beach. The show is tonight, 5/9/25, at 9:30 pm and about 25 minutes ago at 4pm they emailed me that they cannot deliver the tickets due to an error. Plans that we have been looking forward to and have planned for have been ruined by a last minute "issue". This site seems like an absolute scam. I am not holding my breath on the refund. Use another site for tickets.

Updating a negative review
This is an updated review. The original: Our tickets were not processed and I didn't find out until a few hours before the show. I received an email that I had no tickets and would be refunded. We flew to this city just for this concert. We were extremely disappointed.
My update: I received an email from Trustpilot the following day with a very well written apology, confirmation that we would be reimbursed and an offer of help to get tickets for the show the following night. I had purchased tickets directly through the venue for the 1st evening already so we had seen the show. We were then offered compensation for the tickets we had purchased. Within 5 days we had both the original refund to our CC and the compensation payment. Way to rock customer service in the end!
